25 year old introvert here who didn’t go to college & doesn’t have many friends. I was always a quiet person growing up & I just stayed like that throughout my life & I DEFINITELY recommend to put yourself out there! It’s hard making friends as a person who doesn’t go out at all & I definitely regret it.

I am shy too and an introvert I also have social anxiety and I have been single for awhile now and I could use more friends too. I have small circle of friends. But most of them moved away. I got my period in 4th grade too I freaked out too and I have horrible cramps

That’s honestly crazy and I’m not not lying when I say I was literally in the fifth grade when I got my period too and also I was at my grandma’s house because my mom was working 😂

I know this may sound crazy, but the best tip a gynecologist gave me during a pap smear, is to push out like you're trying to go to the bathroom. It relaxes the muscles and keeps you from tensing up. I have endometriosis, so pap smears can be painful.

It’s hard for me to make friends, like going up to people and introducing myself or talking to them is terrifying and I rather not do it and i have a hard time making eye contact with people and to make it even worse i got diagnosed with autism last week so yeah that explains my lack of social skills

I think it’s only toxic if you approach it in a toxic way. If you force your man to block or unfollow ALL girls without any conversation of compromise then that is toxic. But if there are certain girls you are uncomfortable about and you speak to him in a respectful way, it’s healthy.
Trusting is hard but you should try to embrace new experiences and people. People who lie to you are not a reflection you.
My ex was like that, wouldn’t let me or want me to hang with friends and family. It turned toxic and abusive eventually.! It was bad. Ignore that red flag!
