Love Jessica and Susan, but Jackie deserves the best supporting actress, seriously! Mamacita scenes were absolute delight! She literally deserves The Mamacita Show.

Favorite Mamacita moment - "she's expecting you" lets Aldrich get halfway up the steps before "she's expecting you on ZEE PET-TY-O" Hoffman killed me.

When Jackie lost the Emmy and you saw her scream "DAMN IT" in a fit of rage, in the audience at the Emmy Awards...classic.

The first time I ever saw her was as Dora, the Chronic Masturbator in John Waters' "A Dirty Shame", asking Tracey Ullman if she ever performed all these sex acts which sent her up the wall. Hoffman was hysterical. She was also in the Broadway version of Hairspray at that time.

In the book she says she heard people calling each other "Mamacita" in Brazil, witch seams weird to me, since I'm brazilian, and that term is not something that we use here.
Mamacita is a spanish word, in portuguese we would say "Mamãezinha".

Yes, "Feud" was good, etc. However, the real Mamacita, didn't leave Joan Crawford's employment because of ever being treated bad as portrayed in the series. She had family issues to deal with. And Joan Crawford kept in touch with her, end of that story. And also Bette Davis never called Joan Crawford by her real name, ever. And The Concluding Chapter of Joan Crawford does an excellent job on giving a history of the actress, mother and business woman: Joan Crawford.

Except mamacita was nothing like the film describes her. She was shy and servile and was truly a maid . Her job was to be invisible and make sure everything was clean and tidy. There was no friendship or going to restaurants sort of thing. She was the maid and was treated as such . Crawford hired her because she couldn't speak English and therefore would not understand most of the things said . The kind of cold ballsy image they show in Feud is so far from reality . Joan would have never put up with any of that shit .
My grand mother knew Joan very well and they often had tea , she also knew Anna Marie Brinke and there was none of the friendly relationship shown in feud . We were watching feud together the other day and she laughed all the way , saying "as if Joan would take Marie to the restaurant, or as if Joan would put up with that kind of attitude" It was the 60s , a maid was a maid not a friend . Joan had friends . And also always according to my grand mother who knew Crawford until the end and even went to her funerals , Marie is the one who abandoned Joan at her weakest and went back to Germany with apparently a few of Joan's possessions, like jewelry and precious collectible . She actually stabbed Joan in the back more than anyone else . But this is Hollywood and as my grand mother says, they are of course going to turn the thief back stabbing maid into a heroine , because she was a Jew . Had she been black she wouldn't even be in Feud .
Sorry but i trust my grand mother a true close friend of Joan over Hollywood .

So it's ok to make fun of the german accent and getting this caricature cliche Nazi pronunciation when saying Nein but god forbids we make jokes on the holocaust . Greetings from Germany . Don't worry we took great care of Anna Brinke' s family .
