- HI everyone! hope you all enjoy this new video on how to do a balayage on virgin hair. This was just my technique, and keep in mind there are others ways to achieve this but this is what I did :)

Hi, so for the bottom of the head there’s no weaving but only slicing and teasing right? And then once you reach the top of the head then you do weaving and teasing so you can see the highlights on top right ?
What toner you used on the ends? 🙂

How long did this take you from start to finish? I am in Cosmo school and trying to get an idea of how long it should take? You are my favorite. I love your work and have not found anyone better online. Your my role model. ❤
It’s all practice ❤️ you may be slow but over time you will speed up. Practice timing yourself on mannequins

I love it ! Is her money piece just the two top front pieces?
It comes out so great without having to do back to back money piece on the front sides before you hit the Mohawk section. So when you’re working up the side of the head are you just going on the horizontal or is the a slight diagonal involved?
Hey Ashley! I watch (literally) ALL of your videos. I was curious as to which brushes do you normally use? Not the one in this video- As I think this one you may be using here, is from JZ Styles (I have the same set).. I just prefer the wider, feather, softer ones when I'm using bleach. The ones you use in your other videos, are the ones I'm referring to.. They appear to be white, (maybe sparkly?) Color Trak? You apply your bleach perfectly, with such preciseness, consistency, lightly & smooth; while still making sure to saturate completely. #OBSESSED with your foiling😍
Hi! Thank you so much! 🥰 and yes my other brushes I use are color trak! They have the best soft brushes! It just drags the color down so soft and leaves it fluffy.
@@ashleyalopez OMG agreed!! I have lots of Color Trak brushes, too! I really like the wider one with the feather bristles; as it's a little thicker than the others (not super thick like the painter-style brush). I used to use the Framar Painter style brushes a lot more until I realized they were too easy to make errors with- I feel like they pick up a little TOO much, unless I'm saturating ends with a toner, I don't use them much at all.
Are these the JZ style brushes, though?
