Erg mooie opname!
As a player in this group I am very grateful for so much appreciation. It is an honour and a joy to be allowed to play this wonderful music with this amazing orchestra and to have friends that play in such a wonderful way.
Merci CZcams.
My love for classical music really took hold when I was in my early and mid 20s in the military, and I just couldn't get enough of it. And Handel's "Water Music" was a huge part of fostering that love which continues to this very day. I'm now 85 and my life has been enriched by classical music, symphony concerts, opera and operetta, musical comedy, etc. I could go on and on. I have sung in many opera and operetta choruses , was a choral singer for 31 years, and a church choir singer from my teens until just a few years ago. As I'm listening to and watching this terrific rendition, I am going through the memories of all the music I've listened to, watched, and been a part of myself... What a blessing!
Today 23 February 2021 is Handel's birthday and he would turn 336 years old. Thank you Master for giving us so much beautiful music!
Now that's one hell of a Baroque Orchestra right there. Fantastic reading of Haendel's Water Music...
HANDEL'S "Water Music" is the sound of an elixir for the soul! The whole piece is literally captivating...
Fantastic interpretation of Händel's Water Music. The tempo is phenomenal and absolutely perfect. Plus the historic instruments produce the perfect sound.
This is most likely the best version of Water Music available online. Absolutely perfect. Handel's brisk, bright, and perfect melodies are brought to life here in a manner capable of moving the heart of the listener to a state of peace and happiness.
I´m never ever going to be tired of this Watermusic. Goes straight to the heart.
