That last pc is listing off Userbenchmark scores, and giving the percentages that program gives them versus other peoples crap.
The AOC G2460PQ monitor 4:37 on 1750 dollar PC is a 1080p 144hz 1ms TN panel with no g-sync/freesync. You can find one for $150 dollars today when it released it sold for $240-250

Ha. This reminds me of someone selling a Samsung TV on local craigslist for $200 with a cracked screen. Also a lengthy description of how wonderful the thing was back when it still worked, but the line that absolutely killed me was: "There is no picture, but the sound is perfectly fine." Yeah. $200 for a cracked flat screen wall radio.
Speaking of medical bills in the States... I got into a nasty car accident a gew months back and really messed up my wrist. Ambulance, 2 surgeries (plates/screws, tendon and nerve repair) 3 days in the hospital, 3 months of PT and the doctor follow ups. If i didnt have the coverage I have, it would be well over $200k

Sorry for the guys health problems too, but for the extra amount of money YOU pay in taxes every year in Canada for National health care (probably even less in most cases) you could have had health insurance for about $100 to $200 a month and not have to pay more than one $400 to $500 deductible for anything serious (usually bills or med expenses over 5,000 in a year. if just regular check ups in that year you won’t have to pay that) past that. It was cheaper per person. BEFORE the semi- subsidized Obama plan went into affect in 2014. All it takes is some personal responsibility here in the US and health insurance is STILL not that bad and you don’t have to wait for a government committee to decide whether you deserve that heart transplant or not.
Went to my local pawnshop the other day. They had a "custom" built PC in there and wanted $300. They were hesitant to let me hook it up in store, trying to pressure me to buy it to find out what was inside and wouldnt let me open it up. He kept on saying it was "powerful" and "performs as well as a PS4 Pro." It was a Core2 Duo E8400 and 2 Radeon R7 260Xs in Crossfire with 2gb of RAM.
I feel like I'm part of the problem for you here but I can't help it, I love these episodes. It's one of my favorite game shows ever.

The last ad was using userbenchmark scores for all the parts. You know that website that decided to weigh multicore capabilities less for cpu's, upon the release of the ryzen zen 2 cpus, in favor of single and quad core performance in relation to an overall cpu "score".

OK you were asking about 2 different GPUs... It's quite simple. I plan to do something simliar. If you don't want to game on your host machine, or your game does not run under Linux, then you simply run a VM and slave one of your GPUs to the VM, meaning that you have one GPU for your main host (which is likely just Linux with which you work) and your other stuff runs via VMs.
I know how much worse than these some of the ads I send in are, so I can just imagine how many great ads get missed in the mess of emails

I tend to sell my stuff for much smaller amounts of money than I should. Thankfully I managed to sell my 2700X when the 3900X came out for $260 CAD when a new one wasn't that much more. Love these videos btw, always a good laugh

Craigslist is just full of money grab listings. I call people out all the time selling turntables for 2-3x the cost of actual. They get mad.
the percentage means either above average %100 or below it, basically saying that is its %108 its %8 better than other graphics cards etc etc

Do you think $450 USD for a FX 8350, 212 evo cooler, MSI r9 390, 16GB 1833, 256 GB 860 evo SSD, corsair 750 watt modular psu in a NZXT S340 case is a fair price? I've cleaned the R9 390 very well and repasted it with Kryonaut. Basically I'm planning on selling this old rig once I build a new 3700x/3800x system later this month.
I've also considered replacing the cpu, mobo, and memory for a Ryzen 1600, cheap b450, and 16GB of 2666 memory and charging $550-600.

The red Thermaltae case is a P3, it's a good case if you like to custom water cool your rig and it doubles up as a decent test bench in a pinch (I got a white one for my old loop) I DON'T try and sell it for a ka-thousand bucks mind you just game on it with my 1080TI, i7 6850k rig. It's getting long in the tooth though and haven't changed my coolant in a year and a half (playing with fire, lol). I'll still use the case for my new setup when I upgrade soon.
21:28 Those HGST Enterprise 6TB Hard Drives are actually still pretty expensive brand new, even today. Easily over 200 if not 250 for each drive new. Although used you can find them for 150 or so (not sure who the hell would buy used enterprise drives). Considering he has 4 of some of the best in class enterprise datacenter drives, that's actually pretty nice workstation at the time; if not overkill.

Theres some VMs that will benefit from having two GPUS that dont have to be the same that way you can pass through the entire gpu rather than splitting it up between the linux machine for example and the windows VM

I don't know about windows but in Linux you might want to use two different cards so you can play high end games on one at high refresh rates and a TV on the other. The water-block would be an aesthetic choice but I'm still considering doing the same thing but not water cooling the second card. (totally not worth it to push TV in 1080)
Nobody sells their old PC's for what they are actually worth. They know people that know better wont buy, they are hoping to scam the parent/grandparent getting a gaming pc for little Jimmy or Jane.
As far as people selling "new" builds. Why oh why would someone buy a prebuilt of craigslist when they can get something for the same price from a company with a 3 year warranty. Some people may say "well they have the warranties for the individual parts" my assumption is anyone buying a prebuilt doesn't want to deal with cracking open the PC and taking out parts to RMA then having to reinstall them, themselves. They would end up having to take it to a PC repair shop and paying them to diagnose, trouble shoot etc.

On linux when using a VM you can dedicate a GPU to it. So you can have 1 monitor using your main desktop and the VM can be on the second monitor.
Basically having its own GPU while splitting up the rest of the resources (cpu, ram and so on).
Not sure about windows, but it probably exists, there is a lot of hashing software on linux as well where they use GPUs. Not just hashing, but there is also mining or compiling and rendering. There are also a few programs that you can run some low end AI software by dedicating it to a gpu as well.
So on linux there are actually a lot of uses for 2 gpus if you have the right software and know how. I doubt that is the case though, they probably would have noted it doesn't come with windows or its a fresh windows install or something a long those lines.
The "work of art" PC in my opinion should have been $950 max

My rig, 3600x 16gb 3200mhz B450M 2070 super 1TB nvme noctua nhd15 and various other odds and ends, cost me exactly $1,500.64 (Canadian) brand new so I always compare my rig to others and its shocking how much people are asking for absolute junk.

Hey Timmy, I grew up in Boston, with some of the best teaching hospitals in the U.S., and seen an awful lot of Canadian plates going in these places. If the health care system up there is so great, why the massive amount of medical tourism from the north? People here have public welfare type medical, but if you have money, no insurance and need help, yeah, you have to pay for your stuff.. otherwise your neighbor has to, and that's not right.
I will sell a $1000 PC for $1500. You are paying for my cable management, and my tweaking. I have been building PCs since Commander Keen was an inch tall, and jumping on top of things, killed them. My time and effort are worth that extra $500. I think alot of people feel that way too
