Masterclass by Ingo Goritzki in which he works the Capriccio for oboe and piano op. 80 with the performance of the student Francisco Almazán Alhambra. The masterclass was recorded at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in 2003.

Abstract:
Professor Ingo Goritzki makes some corrections about the accents to give a greater intensity to the corresponding notes. He indicates the student to pay attention to his posture when playing and not to make circles with his arms. As well as playing the accents well, he emphasises the tempo and the pianissimo moments of the Capriccio, to be accurate about the fun character of the piece, because if this condition is not respected, the work might sound very heavy. For that, Goritzki makes the accompanying pianist to play faster, to check that the corrections have been understood. Finally, Goritzki talks about the nuances, paying special attention to the crescendo and subito piano for a perfect performance of the piece.
