I was 8 years old when this came out - my first perfume for women, ever! I just bought a 1.7 oz. bottle today for old times' sake for $8.45 on Ebay. 😂 I literally can't wait for it to come in the mail, so I can go back in a time machine to more healthy times in our country! I think it has bergamot in it.

I love that fragrance to the moon and back but it's no longer available in Uganda stores..I miss it....I can't get my hands on it...
You’ve convinced me to buy this! Have a feeling I’m going to love it. Going through a retro perfume phase and stocking up on Carolina Herrera 212 (the original one), Cerruti 1881, jlo glow, and now this too. During the pandemic, I seem to be veering more towards clean, fresh and powdery scents (maybe it’s just me). Would love you to review these overlooked affordable classics. Love the beret btw!

I've been doing a retro-scent thing with my own man-grooming ritual and m'lady has been happily responding to me smelling like a '70's/'80's stud-muffin stepped straight out the barbershop, what with all the Clubman, Lustray, Tabac & other cool things I've found (I'm actually a Paco Rabanne guy - been wearing that for years, but sadly, they've changed the original formula and my last bottle of that is down to half - ). I'm getting her birthday present now and I thought in addition to that, I'd clue her into some of the same old retro scents for ladies and you pretty much nailed what I needed to know - so again, Thanks for the cute & helpful reveiw!

BTW, she wears Nejma Five, so I'm hoping this would be a fun departure for her. I mean - who wears that to go grocery shopping?

Don't know yet what type of fragrances do you like 🙂 I like founding these underestimated or not so popular, like Cabochard and Cabotine De Gres,Bourjois Evasion,Clarins Eau Dynamisante, Lou Lou Cacharel, Dana Tabu.My favourite fragrance now is Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Lys Soleia.

It seems this was a world wide trend. I think I am yohr age, and my whole high school wore this fragance including me and I grew up in a very small city from Mexico.

How is this in comparison with Naomi Campbell Sunset perfume? I need to find something similar because that one can't be bought anymore and it is my favorite. I have googled for perfumes with similar notes in it and this came up.
I haven't had the pleasure of smelling Sunset so I don't know I'm afraid. But in my experience when fragrances have similar notes, I usually like them if I dont try to replace one with the other. Chances might be that they are playing different instruments but are still in the same band if you know what I mean. I think this fragrance can be found for under 100kr if you look online so can be worth a try. 💋❤

Britney spears prerogative is nice and adorable and if you like pear jimmy choo oringal is nice too. I have a couple sjp fragrances on order, both coconut scents. I'll be back to let you know what they are like. 😁

@@fraghag Hi. They've all arrived. I ended up getting oringal NYC aswel after trying the first 2 🙈 I really like them all. I couldn't smell NYC crush at first then a couple days later of trying it I get a sweet butter coconut smell. The pure I haven't used much but that's more plain coconut water and the oringal nyc is really floral but a sweat pretty floral. None of them are that strong but I really really like them and have been going to them over my more expensive perfumes. Crush I like to wear to bed. 😊
