I don't want to be a buzzkill, but I have to point out that the "Local and seasonal food" seen at 5:30 is quite audacious, given that asparagus and broccolini are being grilled in mid-winter in Finland. While there is surely a place for imported asparagus, many entrepreneurs in Tampere offer authentic, local, and seasonal food-I would highlight them first.
