  • उज्जायी प्राणायाम का रहस्य और लाभ
    सामान्यतः उज्जायी प्राणायाम को मन पर विजय प्राप्त करने वाला प्राणायाम कहा जाता है । इस प्राणायाम के बारे में बहुत सारी धारणाएँ भी हैं कि इस प्राणायाम की सिद्धि होने पर साँप यदि काट लेता है तो शरीर पर विश नहीं चढ़ सकता , वग़ैरा वग़ैरा । मैंने इसका बहुत अभ्यास किया है , यूँ कहो तो कुछ ज़्यादा ही किया है , पर ऐसी कोई सिद्धि मेरे पास नहीं है । जिनके पास ये सिद्धि है वे धन्य हैं ।
    पर इस बात को मैं दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ कि इसे मन पर विजय प्राप्त करने वाला प्राणायाम कहना कोई ग़लत नहीं । पूर्ण रूप से ये सत्य कथन है । ये मैं अभी सिद्ध कर दूँगा ।
    किंतु क्या हमने कभी भी यह जानने का प्रयत्न किया कि क्यों ?

    I had diagnised thyroid problem..TSH level was bit high 7.16, where it should be max 5.6. I didn't start tablets. For 35 days I did ujjayi pranayam and omkara pranayama, daily 2-3 times. After 35 days TSH level has reduced to 5.71. Its really helpful.. thanks to guruji. You have explained the deeper part of ujjayi pranayam..

      Best form of yoga is a stress free life.
      Being cool and calm in every situation.
      Avoid hyperness in daily activities.
      Be in meditative state every second, than there will be no need of any outside activity or help.
      This is the main motive of yoga to cure any disease.
      Why not avoid any illness in the body by being a perfect person.
      जिसने काम , क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, अहंकार, को जीत लिया उसने सारी बीमारियां को भी जीत लिया समझो। फिर बाहरी चीजों की कोई जरूरत नही पड़ेगी।
      But आज का जीवन तो स्ट्रेस से भरपूर है.
      घर पे stress... बहार stress... Job पे stress....बच्चों को.... पढ़ाई में स्ट्रेस... जिससे स्ट्रेस की नीव तो बचपन से पड़ जाति है। So much of competition.
      फिर आज का खान पीन का तो क्या कहने... Only fast food is needed for everyone... Full of oil and sweets.
      इसलिए अलग से समय निकाल कर के ही शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने का चलन बन गया है।

    Sir, I'm recently diagnosed with extremely painful bladder condition called interstitial cystitis. I think my autoimmune disorder plus severe stress has brought this on. Doctors are just medicating me with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines daily. The stomach cramps and urinary problems are unbearable, especially at night, and taking a toll on my mental health and daily life too. Please advise if this issue is somehow related to the navel chakra and what yoga and Ayurveda say about it's cure. I really hope you'll answer my question and help me come out of this. Western medicine considers cystitis as a chronic and incurable issue 😔

    प्रणाम पहला प्रश्न यह है कि उजायी में ज्याद लाभ तेज ध्वनि निकालने से होता है कि सरसराहट की अवाज में और रेचक केवल बांए या दोनों नासिका से करे दूसरा अनुलोम विलोम में सांस छोड़ने का समय लेने के बराबर या दूना रखे

    Pranaam jo baat aaj aapki suni maine. Kal raat maine yahi khud mey anubhav ki. Mujje aisa laga ki koi kharraate le raha hai. Par fir laga.. ki mera shareer hi le raha hai. I was not that body. I was somewhere else. Where i did not understand. What was that. Can you guide me.
