We will be making this recipe soon ❤ For the viewers, if you want to make the Alfredo Sauce a little more authentic tasting but still fast, just before you add the Heavy Whipping Cream add some Philadelphia Cream Cheese in cubes on low heat so it doesn't break! Melt it all the way down until it's silky smooth and you have to keep wisking it so it doesn't burn. Trust me, this will change the game. It's so freaking good. Chef's kiss

I make Alfredo sauce the traditional way. Pasta water, half stick unsalted butter and Pecorino romano cheese. No cream at all.
