I built mine with 32k hp and milileth set with 200% ER and r5 favonious lance. he basically ults every rotation and the shield is more than capable, hardly ever getting broken even against the strongest foes. ults crit around 40k.

he is only 40 EN for ult you dont neew 200%ER you dont need anything it recharge automaticaly basicaly even off field, i dont even try and his ult is allways up

The faster you kill things, the more ER you need. When he’s protecting someone like Hu Tao, she kills things way too fast for him to get full energy with less ER. I’ve tried swapping even a little bit of ER for HP and you’d be surprised how often his ult is just shy of being ready with less ER. Certain reliability of his ult provides more benefit in my eyes than a little bit more HP or a little bit more damage.

My build is SUPPOSED to be a hybrid DPS, but I've been pretty damn unlucky while trying to get more CRIT RATE. (C0 Zhongli)
CR: 35%
CD: 210%
HP: 40k
ATK: 1566
DEF: 792
ER: 142.1%
Geo DMG: 75.4%
This is with a Millelith Set + Noblesse Oblige Set duo and a Staff of Homa at base refinement.
