I personally find unsweetened coconut milk very satisfying. I’d have almond milk if I wasn’t allergic to it. Soy milk can also have almonds in it so that’s a no go. Never tried oat-milk but now I want to.

Majority of those Different types of nut "milk" are just desiccated pieces of nuts mixed with water. You're not missing out much so don't worry!
