    Nice, and that little La Pavoni can handle all 20 grs.? Impressive! I don’t know how you recommend managing brewhead temp tho. ?

      Sure can. With an IMS basket & a bottomless portafilter.
      I typically only make 1 or 2 coffees with this machine. If you want to control your temps for long periods of use, I would recommend a group head isolator.

      @@mitchdoescoffee does the time fluctuate and how long a wait. Do u let it get to 80? 90?° I have my main lever set to 90° with LP it’s eternal getting there Cheers

      I would recommend using a precise thermometer to test your extraction temperature to see what is actually coming out... that will give you some insight into what your machine is doing at all times.
