Bloody Awesome ...This by far the Very Best electric version of the song Spoonful & it blows the Cream version into the dust....
@daytonacharger21 have you heard this Cream version?

@@musicisyouronlyfriend Not as good as this version...
No doubt you are correct. Alvin could play with incredible intensity speed and fury.
@@daytonacharger21 Nah
This version is great, bt what you say is sacrilegious
THANKS FOR THIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT !
My giutar hero, rock god. RIP
good enough for me!
Oh yes I forgot Page and Plant with Bonham we’re there what a night. And Yes the 2nd best band of all time headlining the show, the Vanilla Fudge. That is what Ritchie Blackmore of Deep Purple stated. Yes the Led Zep he stated was # 1 . What a night for 6 or 7 bucks. Dead Center approximately 8 rows back.
A great guitar player who was entirely Underrated. He was as good or better than the English lads. I was at the Singer Bowl and saw Beck page and Lee on the same stage the same night. Nobody was better than Alvin Lee that evening. Nobody. Yes it was the Jeff Beck group with Rod Stewart. This is the evening that created BBA. Yet Mr Lee was on Fire that evening
I didn't know Alvin wasn't English.
