Those soft chimes in the back make me think of like a fairy garden, like little distant wings fluttering! (don't know if that's too sappy for Michae but I'd definitely love to hear your take)

The first time running Mara in classic 17 years ago was such an incredible feeling. This reminds me of it.
Navigating your way upstream through this perilous forest you finally happen upon what you belive to be the true location of the Hidden Temple of Aquais. You wade your way through the river you enter into a shallow pool of gleaming water with waterfalls cascading cool water above you and into the water you currently reside in.
You search for the right path to take as to not lose yourself to the majesty of this tucked away corner of beauty. You trust your gut and push through one of the waterfalls and thats where you see it. The Gleaming Doors of Aquais's Shrine. You cautiously approach the doors, wary of any danger that might rear its head. And it is at this moment you feel a disturbances i the water. Light ripples at first then violent thrashing of water.
Suddenly forming in front of you barring you from the doors is a large water elemental guardian standing at least three times your size.
In a voice that sounds like tidal waves crashing into costal shores the Guardian roars out to you. "WHO DARES TO DISRUPT THE WATERS OF AQUAIS! SPEAK NOW OR BE SILENCED FOREVER BY THE WATER"!
Quickly thinking you blurt out
"I am but a simple adventure and pilgrim, i wish you no harm".
The Guardian lears over you giving you the full scope of his true size before speaking again.
"PROVE THEN THAT YOU ARE INDEED JUST A SIMPLE PILGIPILGRIM. PRODUCE THE WAYMARKER OF AQUAIS AND YOU MAY BE PERMITED TO PASS"!
"Waystone?" You whisper quietly to yourself before suddenly remebering the oddly carved Aquamarine gemstone with the pearl inside it. You thought it was just an odd trinket left behind but clearly that is not the case as the Guardian backs away from you giving you some room to breath.
He begins to disappear into the pool of water around you giving you a few parting words as he does.
"WELCOME PILGRIM TO THE SACTUM OF AQUAIS".
The large doors begin to part signaling your chance to enter. You bolt as fast as you can before entering the temple.
You take in a moment to glance around at the beauty laid before you. Its almost as if you traversed to the bottom of the ocean and could see all the beauty with clear eyes. You shake of your feeling of awe and remeber why your here; the Crystal of Aquais.
You push ever forward into the inner halls and rooms of this Sanctum noticing the lovely decore of ocean gems and river flora adoring the walls and ceiling.
After spending what must be the better part of the day walking through the maze of coridors and rooms you find yourself located in a rather large atrium. At the center of the atrium you notice the very item you came here for, the Crystal of Aquais. You leap and bound your way over obaticals and flora until you finally reach the platform the Crystal resides. You double check and take a good look around to make sure its not trapped or laden to kill you the moment you touch it.
You pull out the very item that got you in here and prepare to run like a bat out of the nine hells should this go south.
As fast as a bolt of lighting you exchange the Waystone for the Crystal. You brace yourself for the worst, yet as minutes pass nothing happens. You heave a heafty sigh of relief and think to yourself "that wasn't so bad".
You put the Crystal in your bag and make your way out of the Atrium through the Sanctum and out once more through the doors that let you in. "One down", you say confidantly, "four to go...".

I like to imagine that this and the ice temple are connected. That you cross a certain threshold and are hit by cold wind. Maybe there's temples on the borders to other elements too. Like a blizzard/thunderstorm on the air/water border.

ooo more elemental temples to come! hmm, what would a thunder(lightning/electric) temple sound like. probably the whispering/howling of wind, the crack of a rainstorm and lightning, monks praying, and perhaps the odd thump of a drum somewhere in the distance to count the time back to the lightning before thunder. Oh and in tabletop news i got a group together for Call of Cthulu, they are currently investigating a sunken oil rig in search of answers regarding a series of mysterious deaths. to make any requests in particular: the creaking metal and dripping water of a semi-sunken platform 15 miles offshore, with an eldritch terror lurking around, clicking wetly and hissing; banging on the empty abandoned metal walls.
Thanks for your comment. I really like the idea of a oil rig. I don't own these sounds yet so it may take some time, but I write it down. It's definitely not before 2-3 months at least, so don't count on me for your next session :s
As for the thunder temple, I already did it. It's called "temple of the thunder god", I think.

It's already in stereo mode, the need is too low for 5.2 or 7.2 sounds. Also, I'm pretty sure CZcams would ruin the work with their compression.

Volume too low. When using Discord bots to play music during online session, this track is MUCH quieter than other combat tracks. So players will be listening to this turned up, then DM switches to combat music and everyone’s ears have been blasted. Please consider this ♥️
Yes, it's ambience, not music. It's made to be played by itself or with music carefully played over it. Use two bots or www.watch2gether.com so people can set their own volume :)
You are the very first person to tell me that it's too quiet, so I'll have to consider your case as an exception.
