So a coach that got to the WCF's his first season ... and then won the season tournament and got to the playoffs is the problem? Just as before him the Laker coach who won a championship and got to the playoffs the next season was the problem?... maybe just maybe paying a 39-year-old former great player a supermax... and centering a team around him is also a problem

If you coach the Lakers, you’re really coaching the role players…Bron and AD will make the right play more often than not. The coach needs to make sure the role players know what to do and are doing it in crucial moments. The thing about playing with superstars like Bron and AD is you’re going to get thrust into critical ball moments whether you’re ready or not. Less experienced guys might be confused. It’s up to the coach to keep everyone on the same page
