David Adelman, Ty Lue, Kenny Atkinson, Jason Kidd, Sam Cassell, Micah Nori, Sean Sweeney, Lloyd Pierce, Charles Lee, Scott Brooks, or Chris Quinn should be on the Lakers short list for new head coach.
David adelman, Sam Cassell . I think lakers need to first build a great offensive system and David adelman would fit perfectly . Defense all depends on roster construction which I think they will be extra careful and I think they go back to 2019-20 formula with 2 bigs, AD more as a roamer and still finishing the games at the 5. I think Mikal Bridges would be a great addition if they can get him. If not , would like to definitely bring back Caruso and try for Lauri Markannen who is 7" , for bigs - Olynyk is the best option I see , can shoot 3s , space the floor perfectly and maybe Javale as another backup for shot blocking if they can't get any other Center. To counter Nuggets and Wolves, need length as much as possible .
We need 2 Head Coaches:
• 1st HC that will coach for the remainder of the LBJ Era and His Contract will Mirror LBJ's Contract.
• 2nd HC will take over during The Post LBJ and will ideally be a Long-Term Hire.
Side Note - Jeanie needs to allow Joey & Jesse to help Her with the Basketball 🏀 Operations side and She does the Business Side bcuz We haven't had a Consistent HC since Dr. Buss passed.

Pat Riley was a Lakers assistant prior to becoming the head coach. JJ has no experience as a coach at all.
If JJ Redick is the head coach he needs to do the opposite of Darvin Ham. He needs to hire a former NBA head coach on his bench like a Steve VanGundy. Phil had Tex Winter and Johnny Bach in Chicago and LA. Darvin never bolstered his coaching staff and that was probably his insecurity.
