Everyone don’t like the plastic around the bottom and around wheel wells I think it’s better than rusting out If u live in snow country then it’s good because we fight rust and this should help

Thats totally fair, design preference is something that is very different from person to person
I used to think Hyundai and KIA were on the right track with new attractive exterior designs. However, looking at this new KONA, the front fascia , the lights , it is quite ugly. And those plastic cover panels on the fenders, over the wheel well, look really cheap.
what doesn't work for you might work for someone else... like me! This car looks good to me and is in within my budget.
I just bought a Kona LImited and get tons of compliments. It's better than a boring Seltos. This is way sportier and more interesting than the Venue and Seltos alternatives. Heck, even Mazda's SUVs all the look same.
