Gout and Chronic Kidney Disease

Dr. Priyanka Chandratre. MBBCh, FRCP (UK), PhD. is an Assistant Professor in Rheumatology and clinician investigator at The Ottawa Hospitals/ OHRI/ UOttawa. She is also an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Institute of Inflammation and Ageing, University of Birmingham.
Her current research is investigating the prevalence and incidence of Behcets disease in the UK in the Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) primary care database as well as in the Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) secondary care dataset. This has been funded by the Royal College of Physicians (London, UK), Behcets UK and Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (UK).
