Thanks so much for watching. This was such an important topic that we had to split it in 2 parts. Part 2 is here: czcams.com/video/ImwdaASK3cU/video.html
Time stamping may be a viewer-friendly solution for having all parts in one place. One window is the preferred method.
Thanks so very much.... extremely informative and life altering.

Can you make a video about Hematuria especially when it is not associated with any pathological symptoms ?
This guy is a phenomenal educator.
A rare gift!
His ability to distill a complex subject to a pellucid essence is remarkable .
Thank you very much!
A tablespoon of cranberry sauce with whole cranberries in it everyday does wonders for helping to keep the kidneys healthy.. fresh cranberries are better if you can get them.. also eat plenty of cabbage either cooked or uncooked and add garlic to it.. i simmer my head of cabbage on a low fire and then I poor up the juice and drink it also..
This doctor is so good. Love his easy to understand explanations of this topic.
Geez this doctor is soooo good at making these complicated and scary terms so much more understandable. Super jealous that he isn't my doctor
I think there's a difference between bubbles created from the force of urine hitting the water and bubbles created from protein. One doesn't stick to the side of the toilet while flushing and the other kind (protein) takes more effort to flush - much like how beer foam sticks to the glass and takes more effort to remove. Am I wrong? It would have been great to provide a visual example here since the vast majority of people will jump to the wrong (worse) conclusion as is human nature.
Just pee on one side of the toilet and if it still forms bubbles or foam that means it contains protein. (if you pee on the water it is very obvious you are gonna form bubbles due to air force)
Thank you for the explanations. It’s much clearer now
Excellently executed thanks to both of you.
We are SO glad 😊 both of you ❤ learned a ton.
I had to watch and understand 5 ,6 times to understand this explanation almost %98.
This morning I understand almost everything. Thank you. I am a retired registered nurse.
I read about foamy urine & noticed a small amount of bubbles in my own urine. This video was so valuable, now I know it does not scream ‘kidney damage’ . I’m watching & it looks like it’s quite normal. Thanks team!
Dude, I don't want to get your heartbeats high but didn't you listen to what doctor said at 29:30?
Bruh I'd be careful with that because you're in some serious mess
Holistic, Natural supplements and diet protocol from DR.UWENBOHERBALHOME youtube channel cured my CKD and High blood pressure completely alongside my symptoms including pains, inflammation, kidney stones, frequent urination, paled skin e.t.c.. permanently..🥰
Check your diet n medicines your are taking.
All medicines hv side effects bad or very bad depends on yr genes.
No worries about cholesterols...yu need them. It is inflammations of your arteries that cause stroke. Not cholesterol.
Are cranberries and cranberry juice good for the kidneys?

We are so happy to hear this! :)
Appel cider 2_3 spoon _ one spoon of honey_ pinch of clove or your favourite spice in a cup of hot water every morning . Keeps the entire digestive system clean and healthy .
Thank you Dr for all this information, I am sure most of us learn a lot from this.
Good information, would listen all day.
I have to listen this 2 to 3 more times to totally understand what he is talking about. I will.
One of the best episodes! Thank you sooo much! I think a lot of patiënts do the 24hr test wrong because they also get the wrong instructions from the nurses.. it can be very confusing to explain it correctly to someone and like you mentioned.. "what if I don't wake up at the same time / feel like peeing at the same time the next day?"
I think I have been doing it wrong all this time after hearing this because the nurses who explained it to me said "start counting your time from the first pee AFTER your morning pee...." so this could be 11am and naturally I would measure 24hrs: so until the next day 11am. But the next day 11am my last pee is not ONLY the morning pee but after that I might have to go again (until 11am) 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
What you said makes more sense.. start counting the time from your first pee (eventhough you're not collecting it) until the next morning same time. I would totally set an alarm for this to wake up in time and not mess it up haha
Thanks again!!!
Doctor. Excellent way to describe for health professionals. Allah may keep you blessed. Amen
Thanks for explaining doctor!

@@PlantBasedKidneyHealth i have a question doc may have a hope to cure a nephrotic syndrome patient?
Fabulous information! Thank you so very much.
Wow this is very informative, it explains a wide cause of foamy urine which might not even be caused by kidney damage but from other things such as UTI, or cancer and that’s where protein is spilling from.
Wow, these two professionals have such enormous dedication & knowledge for those of us who have any level of CKD. I take notes of many of your videos, but with this video I had to play sections of your talk over & over to get all the details. I still can't say I got all the details, but I am much closer to understanding the basics of protein in the urine.
So happy to hear you're taking notes and finding our videos so helpful! Definitely a lot of complex topics!

Thank you for big but confusing explanation. Knowing that not many doctor know what you explained, I hope after 9 months of you podcast, you could answer to a question I have. You explained that in a 24 hr urine collection, fist thing in the morning, we need to dump al the urine we had produced overnight and the collect the new urine sample, don't remember 2 or so for the test. What happen if someone has an issue with frequent small urination over the sleeping cycle and is unable to dump all the urine? Of the previous day?
Very Helpful
GOD BLESS

Well explained. Doctor you are well professional keep up the good work.
Many thanks
Great Topic! 👍🏾
What a phenomenal and detailed explanation of the entire kidney dys😮function syndrome and which clarifies that none of the conventional symptoms necessarily indicate kidney DISEASE but can be from other dysfunction...very comforting.
This expert doctor's explanation tells those of us who are dealing with CREATININE or protein in the urine issue that the causes and significance are very complex and that we must be on guard against our doctors jumping to conclusions and putting us on treatment protocols which are misguided.
My investigation of this whole issue suggests to me that many times the most common cause of proteinuria is severe DEHYDRATION which seems to be a logical conclusion for my personal case...so severe it almost caused my kidneys to fail.
Appreciate this topic in fact I am diabetic also having protein in urine I was so much worried thanks for explain so clearly everything, thank u
Very informative. Thank you so much.
Thanks for watching!

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme in the trypsin family. Another name for serrapeptase is serratiopeptidase. Like other proteolytic enzymes, serrapeptase helps break down proteins into smaller molecules. It can promote healing by reducing fluid and debris accumulation that can occur around tissue when an injury takes place. Today, serrapeptase is mostly isolated from the non-pathogenic bacteria called Serratia E15, which found in silkworms.
