So relieved it went well. She almost doesn't look real because her colours are so incredibly bright.
Awesome video Kat! She's such a doll
absolutely! so beautiful.
The light was external. Im pretty sure they dont glow, unlike humans
Wow, that orange is gorgeous! Glad she made it through okay.
Spoilers!!!
@@Rafetapinpam I know right 😂
I get nervous every time one of our Ts molt. Our Smithi didn't eat for 7 months and then molted a week later. When she finally ate, we were the ones doing a happy dance.
I used to be a huge arachniphobe but I've been watching your videos for a bit now. I live outside the city of Phoenix, AZ and have tons of tarantula wondering around. I've discovered that the males are the only ones that come up on my patio at night and decide my feet are great to cuddle with. I feel I've come a long way over 13 years that I can save them from the pool without freezing up. Your videos sure help a lot
let’s go double tarantula vids on from exotic and now one from you🥰
I notice you like crystals! I'm an avid crystal collector as well as tarantula lover.
I have a 3 1/2" GBB
My Aphonopelma seemanni Just molted 2 days ago. Before she molted she was a pretty brown with gray and after the molt she is black/blue and absolutely beautiful
Aphonopelma seemani are one of my fav to see molt because a lot of them come out bright blue

Wow look at those gorgeous colors!!! Great job spider!!!
Some of the most beautiful tarantulas i have ever seen
seriously that fresh molt color is so gorgeous 😍
Thank you so much for posting! I love your videos ❤️
thank you so much for watching!
Love watching your videos keep it up !
Love the shirts. A Tarantula hat, for Tarantula Kat! Brilliant! It's like Dr Seuss
She looks so beautiful holy crap! So happy you were able to video that process, it was definitely worth the wait i bet 😁
THAT was amazing. She’s so bright, my goodness.
Yay I'm so glad she made it through lots of love and support from your fan in Harrison Arkansas 🌹🌹🌹
Such a beautiful process to watch, I’m a huge fan of peaches btw
I must have watched this video like 100 times now. I watch it when I have insomnia. So chill and calming.
I've never seen a molt before its amazing, so beautiful
I love you’re videos. I am a new subscriber I’ve been subscribed for almost 2 months now and you have a really nice personality and always informative on things 🕷🕸
Omgosh she is absolutely gorgeous Kat💞💞. You are blessed to have her😁. The very first T I ordered was supposed to have been a B Smithi but she is a B Boehmei instead but I love her just the same. The place I ordered her from refused to even reply back 🙄. Great video I loved it!!! If you use desert blend you can use a pooper scooper on Tut's poop. Keeps the enclosure cleaner. Tyfs God bless you
This was awesome, so glad she is doing great
She is so gorgeous. I love this species so much. Thank you for sharing.
I'm so glad I watched this. I'm new to the hobby and mine has been on its back for about 4 or 5 hours with no movement and I was starting to freak. Thank you so much
Thanks for watching my video while waiting for your beautiful B. smithi to molt! 😉
So this dropped yesterday, but I decided to save it for today and o'boy, am I glad I did. What a better way to start a day than this? She's so gorgeous. Stay safe and take care👍
wow-she’s seriously stunning 😍
So beautiful! My G.Pulchra sling molted a few days ago and I couldn't get the molt out right away for the same reason. I actually saw him/her grasping onto it so I figured it was just getting the remaining moisture as well. Super cool!
I got 4 Ts and always nervous about them molting and like you said: waiting is the hardest part! I‘m relieved everytime it goes around without problems. Glad your Smithi is fine ❤️
Beautiful beardie, really nice colours.
Great video she is looking fantastic.. love your new merch
Love all your videos really enjoyed this one actually chilled me out, great vibes great content even loved the music and such a joy to see her doing so good and looking fantastic good job huni and thank you 🐛🕷️🕸️🌞❤
Dear T Kat,
I want to say how much I appreciate you and your knowledge for arachnids. With your information I am now able to not only get my brachy smithi to live but now she’s thriving bc of the better care I am able to provide with your videos. You have inspired me to be a better spider mom and I just wanted to say thank you for everything 🕷❣️
Wow, that was pretty cool! Thanks for letting us experience the process of moult along with you. Only downside is that now I want a poptart ;)
Her colors are so pretty. Congratulations
I'm really impressed! You did everything perfectly here, in regards to Luna's molting process. OTHER CZcamsRS (not mentioning any names/channels) TAKE NOTE!
The color on her is amazing. Glad she is doing ok.
nice amethyst! I am going to go check her out! also, MANN she is so beautiful! that orange is too nice😍
Wow, that's a beautiful creature.
Great video
You should check out Rock talk. It's a geology CZcams.
From what I've seen about everything that can go wrong while molting I can understand your worries and I'm glad all wen well 😁🕷😁
Hi Kat!! I never thought I would own a tarantula and it has never crossed my mind. A couple months ago I very randomly stumbled across your video of you losing your T to impaction. For some reason I couldn't stop watching and it made me so sad. After that I started researching and now own a B. Hamorii named Mango.
Aww Mango is such a cute name!! I also have a B Hamorii named Coco
A very exciting video! She is gorgeous and the only species I ever had.
Love your Hair Color😍❤
Beautiful!
I was just starting up CZcams because my LP was doing the exact same thing and i was starting to get concerned as well.
Now i will just be a little more patient and chilled
Wow, I love that amethyst - I have far too many pieces of amethyst ... and lots of other stones too!
So pleased she molted OK. For the last 2 weeks I've had a tarantula delivered on the Tuesday, molted when I check on it Thursday morning. Last week was an Aphonopelma seemani, then this morning my Tliltocatl kahlenbergi had molted overnight within 2 days of taking delivery.
Just wish my Grammostola pulchra would get hers done, she seems to have been in pre-molt for ages now!
I’ve always been terrified of spiders since I had a bad bite from a common spider when I was 10 and I’m 43. But it was traumatic. However I think they are gorgeous creatures and so fascinating. So I’m getting over my fear with your videos and how informative you are. Thanks Kat. This made me miss my bearded dragon Zeus so much. He has a good home now though. We couldn’t keep him where we live.
I seen that she was in heavy premolt when you rehoused her in the last video. I’m glad she’s all new and pretty looking! 🕷🕷.
She's beautiful😍
B. smithi was my dream T wish to have one someday ❤️
Beautiful! 😍
that organge color after she molted looked great
Love the Smithi! I would love to have one as well! Awesome that you also have a beardie, I have two! I did notice that the greens were by themselves, do you give him fruits and veggies? I do and they love them!
5 comment Hi Kat you are the best Keep up the great work Love the videos thank you for inspiring everybody 💯👍💪
I saw a Snake Discovery video featuring a bearded dragon breeder ages ago and he recommended mixing cilantro or bee pollen into their greens if they aren't showing much interest in them (something about the scent makes the greens more appetizing to bearded dragons apparently), in case that helps.
Aw, what a pretty girl! Stunning. Cool that she directly had those bright colors. When I read the title I thought something went wrong, but I am glad it didn't. The design of the spider with the witchy hat and cristals totally fits this channel. It was funny that you watched Reptiliatus while waiting, didn't you?
She has good taste 😉. Thanks for the support!
That fish tank is pretty cool
Her colors wow 😍 she's such a pretty t
Man, she looks stunning! I was worried the cork piece would block her.
What advice would you have for newcomers to spiders for pets?
damn.. thanks for your upload.. my P.metalica just flip now and not moving for 2 hours... im so worried.
Im glad your smithi moulted ok orange Brachys alwys look amazing just after they moult. I had a horrible day today I let one of my Harpactira namaquensis spiderlets escape while I was filling its water and spent ages searching for it and couldnt find it and eventually had to give up and I felt so bad bcus it was completely my mistake and now little spider will die and then like 4 hours later I went to put my trainers on bcus I was going out and my spiderlet was hiding under one of them omg I was so relieved. but even so I was lucky because I walked past where it was hidden so many times and couldve easily have stepped on it and even if Id picked my trainers up differently it could have got squished but anyway its fine I guess but I will be so much more careful in future
My C. darlingi molted but it's missing a fang. It's a 1/3 in sling.
Gotta love your dragons 🐉
Wow she is BEAUTIFUL 😍😍😍
Watching from Philippines 😊😎 🤘
She is a beauty!
I'm vicariously watching through you. I'm glad your spider had a successful moly. I didn't know that spiders molt. But I could never have a spider as a pet as I suffer from arachnodphobia. I may get therapy to address it. I know were the fear. Comes from. My sister use to chase me around the house with a spider on the end of the broom. I really like your feeding videos and you have a large variety of pets. I'm not affraid of reptiles. I don't know if your videos are desentatizing me but I have subscribed. I look forward to seeing what's in store for the spiders. I particularly like it when the spiders splash near their water bowls. I imagine they're wanting you to fill it up quickly so they can splash around like a toddler.
beautiful T.
Greeting from newfoundland!!!!
My B smithi just molted yesterday
Where did you get the enclosure?
Moults are the most exciting as well as a stressful time for me. I pulled a moult early once to verify gender and the T didn't do so well and I had to ICU him for 24 hours. Now I always leave the moults until the T leaves it alone. They do seem to chew them up. .
Animal 1 Guy said put bee pollen on the greens and they will go after them. Mist a little then put bee pollen on 😊
I may have missed it but when you do a water change how much water do you actually change out because I read somewhere not to take ALL the water out for reasons and I wanted to get your opinion - of course it's different for all creatures so I guess I'm asking mainly for freshwater creatures but I'm also curious about salt/brackish also and half aquatic? Sorry that was way longer than I intended 😆
My wife says I act like I’m waiting for a baby being born pacing back and forth I’m not relax tell they flip up right lol
Greeting from Indonesia !!!
She's beautiful!!!!
Omg the spider on the wall at 3:36 scared me I thought someone got loose 😳
Loved this video. Your Brachypelma smithi is beautiful. How often does she molt? It takes such effort on her part and looks very difficult to go through.
thank you! this is the first time she has with me. Adults molt slower than slings, so it will prob be more than a yr or 2 before she does it again
Nice👍
She's beautiful! Waiting for my big girl Nhandu Chromatus to do the same.
She looks beautiful
Ok this has been bothering me for a while. What is your intro sound from, cause it sounds really familiar, but I can’t figure out where I know it from! lol
I’ve seen people adding bee polen so they eat their veggies !
Do bearded dragon squirt blood on their eyes??
So interesting that they molt upside down
I love the fact that your beardie won't eat his greens unless you "spice up" the dish with some superworms. What a character! :-D
It's the equivalent of putting ketchup on your kid's food, ha ha.
I used to breed Beardies. Amazing species they are. Some are picky with food just like people. I had 6 females and 2 males
It’s a Dark Crystal! Quick here comes the Skeksi!
Tarantula Kat, how many legs do Tarantulas have? My dad and I got into a debate a few years ago when he tried to say they had 10 instead of 8. I told him thd palps don't count as legs. They're considered feelers. So if you could clear the air please? Thank you so much. Awesome videos. Your babies are gorgeous.
in some food places the red cutting board is used only for raw meat and not veggies, seeing you cut veggies on the red board had me strung af lol
that was the most adorable post molt drink
She's gorgeous
I like your hair lol
Looks like a Dark Crystal shard.
I just got home and noticed my adult Theraphosa Stirmi has molted, she literally molted like 4 months ago max maybe less, and she's enormous, I did feed the crap out of her but is that normal for an 8 or so inch Stirmi to molt so quickly again? I mean she looks fantastic and fine and I'm glad because it's not humid here at all lately and i have to mist her tank with like an entire water bottle every day.
I have a female like your’s , it is almost impossible to found a adult male for paring.
I wonder why this species became so rare in the hobby, considering I can buy a hamorii or aboehmei in every pet strore in town if I wanted to. So why? Hard to breed compare to hamorii?
Kat how big was she here?
