Pure L2, the one that we, all the mmo fans all over the world, loved and lived so keenly 'till the kamael expansion came out. L2 C4 was absolutely revolutionary. All those hours, all those nights, all those friends all those people behind the toons and all those fights...ahhh...sooo many memories. It was back on 2006, almost 9 years ago and it seems like yesterday. How fast time's marching in the end...? I will never forget, never! I can't anyway, cause these are some of the priceless moments of our little journey. These are some words i would like to share with the fellows around here and these are from my heart. Where are my tissues damn it ?!

So true... C4 was best chronicle. Interlude was something new, and did't screw L2. But the rest of new chronicles was/is a disaster for classic player. Any1 knows still working C4 - Interlude server ?

+Corazón i remember people who didnt cheat, and i could make a normal conversation ingame, the first person who teached me how to play :D my first clan, and when i finally got my B grade set :D i was so young lol
my first character was a human male prophet and wow how usefull i was to the clan

сколько воспоминаний об этой епичной игре....ПвП, кач, походы на РБ.....а ведь было время, когда одеться в Б было реально круто, когда не так просто было докачаться даже до 40 лвла....когда можна завести друзей и общаться с ними в чате каждый день....первый клан....первая осада ....эх ети чудные времена....не могу не улыбнутся, вспоминая ! Скучаю за тобой C4 ! Ты навсегда останешся в моей памяти.... =)

This Music alone makes me tear up...
I played this game 10 years. It is impossible to count hrs spent in game. There were bad times but there were great times. I have to admit that when I hear some songs from L2, I am moved.
i play this since C1 and when i hear this song im about to cry :P we spent so many hours everyday in it!
It used to be alot of fun but i can say it changed alot.... i miss the old lineage

At the end it was all about friends. Some people I met in L2 10+ years ago are now my best friends in real life. We live in different towns but we meet in person very frequently. I have even visited foreign countries to meet my friends/clanmates. People tend to trashtalk games. But for me L2 was so huge benefit social-wise. I dont like what the game is now, but it will stay in my heart forever.

I remember when I saw this login screen and heard that amazing music for the very first time. I was 13 years old boy and Lineage was one big adventure for me. I will never forget that day.

I remember when i was a child and discover this game, i started in this chronicle and it was extraordinary... it was my first step in the magical world of the medival era. The honor and the mysticsm was so perfect. I feel so nostalgic when i see this log screen. The clouds.. the ships, the sounds of the sea and seagulls, bring me back those amazing memories. I still remember when i logged in for first time this fantastic world. Lineage 2 is so diferent now but that does not stop me to enjoy remembering the great adventures that i experienced.

Ну тут не совсем так, если вспонить что было Темных эльфов и гномов... фантазию было куда приложить =)
Эх, было же время. Так приятно вспоминать.
И все-таки игра классная , один саундтрек чего стоит , пустил несколько скупых слезок ностальгии :*)

Мне 32 года у меня уже 2ое детей а я захожу сюда время от времени пустить мужскую скупую слезу по тем временам когда я впервые познакомился с этой вселенной, да это была целая маленькая жизнь...со временем мы подросли и линейка изменилась к сожалению не в лучшую сторону, но я наверное до конца своих дней буду переслушивать саундтрек с ц4 самой магической и прекрасной игры которая была создана с любовью а не с целью заработать бабла как её современные версии..
I remember the login screen like it was yesterday...I still remember back when i first played on Teon. I was so happy when someone gave me 500k adena to finally get my bastard sword (lol),leaving my toon overnight on shop mode selling overpriced brigadine gear in Dion to take advantage of people buying adena over the internet and then waiting anxiously for the *ding* when someone bought it..memories oh memories..
This is so nostalgic.. I would love to play C4 again..
I remember long time ago when my internet connections was lost while playing l2 i always liked to just sit on login screen and listen to music, i was 13 years old if i remember, now 29, time just flies by so fast, glad i had opportunity to experience old mmo games like runescape 2005 version, l2, world of warcraft.

I would like to say so many years wasted to this game, but looking back at it, I only remember happy memories about l2. I'm still waiting for that same experience that it gave me back then. This game was my life back in high school.

its simple why you get emotional over this... the music reminds you of the one of the greatest journeys you took. it gets you cry because the internet has spreaded so much and information is just immence. just remember you slow connection speed, being one of the first who experienced communication and co- op with strangers in such a magical place. sharing your good emotions in game, makin a fellowship to see unseen things in l2, being happy when you get something and feeling sad when you drop..

Yea, Lineage 2 was the only game where you rly were active as player. I could rly think of myself as Hero or and Adventurer. Vritual Adventures gave me so many memroeis, PvP in c grade and b grade, low lvl clan wars, those were truly great things, not now...s 80 ? R grade? 4 profession? wtf? StarwWars..... 78 lvl in 3 days, noone is bothering to gather mats on b and a grade like it was, just for s80...whats the point of amror grades now? Whats the point of having spoil or buffer if anyone can have box? 1 hour buffs from npc? Rly? In C4 i was buying buffs from player for over 200k!! AND i was happy of having those for 20 minutes.... bd in party? HOW AWASOME!!!! Now ppl have wc, pp and bd on back, and play on main....L2 have lost a way to be a great real MMO like it was....i am so sad....i rly want to get back to c4 and those times :)

La2 C4 it was the first online game in my life .. the C4 it is the best part of la2 and it was perfect.. yes i lost there years .. but it was perfect time for me.. my *fairy tale*....i do not regret it.

When I have started to play approximately in 2006 it there was a mad game! Productivity of the computer during time of that time was weak both I couldn't also could play nobody more than two windows simultaneously, but I was happy. Then approximately I studied in elementary grades I was glad and happy. Having passed 4 years at present I can tell with full accuracy of anything better something time when I played C4 Wasn't present.

I first found out about Lineage 2 on a local internet forum, shared only by the people living in my area. I started playing on a private server with a friend. I knew nothing about the game, only that I want to be a powerful Paladin who eventually will lead a charge on the Dion Castle.
That was in, I think, 2007 or so.
It's 2023 and I still remember every single moment I had in that game. I remember the names of my friends, many of whom are now very good real-life friends. I remember the conversations we had, the pvp fights we won and lost, and that one castle siege I actually attended as a very low level of 35. It was... breathtaking. Seeing somebody summon a massive steampunk golem to breach the walls, and right after that, hundreds, HUNDREDS of players storm inside through the gap in the wall. We were, naturally, met with hundreds of defenders behind the walls.
And that final moment when me a nd only a few others, being part of a stealth ambush group, snuck into the throne room and managed to claim the throne. Our new Alliance Leader was now the King of the Dion castle. Magnificient.
This wasn't just a game..

I still remember when I used to enter this world to listen to the music and discover new places... no shots, no equipment but then it was special. Now lineage is dead. Theres no previous atmosphere when everybody was in b grade and pleased;)

Yah growing up sometimes sucks, you miss all this careless living without much worries, and doing what you enjoy, im 29 now, played l2 from c4 to interlude, i hope when my kid grows up enough there will be still l2 private servers so i can show him what old mmo in my days was about compared to nowadays nmo.
It makes me want to cry. With this game world was beautiful. I don't regret single minute in this game!
The Game,The Players,The Music...The history of this game is endless,i remember when i was 9 with my brother we played all night long...It was something special..The game will never be the same since Interlude This new armors new lands...Blah!!!Nothing is better then the good old C4,playing with friends,doing PVP's... There is no doubt these pieces are made by Frintezza himself... The charm is irresistable, there's no way the human managed to compose such masterpieces... And tbh - I can feel you brothers and sisters, it was the best MMO game ever created till it reached the time, where the statistics (multi-box, being first on the server etc) were worshipped more than community and the atmosphere (role-playing), all of us can tell it happened and all we can do is just simply press F, best memories, best music, nostalgia, I wish all of you to find the same amount of charm in the present!
