This size apartment is just right for me. While other houses and flats are grand, i could only imagine the maintenance and upkeep needed for them. This, not so much. Being a city boy I absolutely love the area too.
I love Covent Garden 😍 what a amazing location. And again is this stunning apartment building I do love this smart technology stuff that controls lighting temperature etc. I do prefer this apartment to the previous one you showed us and the design is stunning and so my style only thing I’d change the kitchen to white or a lighter colour. I do love the industrial panels in the main living room/kitchen and that is one beautiful outside terrace. Thank you guys loved this apartment can’t wait for more 😃👍🙏
Lovely apartment and the outside space is gorgeous. But I would be worried about the extractor vent on the adjacent building. I assume that is air-conditioning? If so, it would be unbearably noisy on a summer's day, and likely push hot air on you as you were at that table....
Nice building. Nice location. The penthouse was very good so was the price. As for the two bedroom this is pretty much standard and Sq metre wise isn’t very big. Why they insist on an en-suite in an apartment of this size I have no idea. Then my biggest issue and this one really makes me angry. The kitchen. These are not kitchens but simply a wall with appliances. Where is the preparation space. There isn’t any and if you have guests over you are right in front of what gets very messy when cooking. I am perplexed as to why people accept this. I once had an open plan kitchen in a two bedroom apartment but it had a massive work counter and it was 152sq metres plus 11sq outside balcony.
bar10 ml People who live in these locations rarely cook elaborate meals- if at all. There are probably a thousand different food options within easy walking distance. As a keen cook myself I understand your point, but even I have to concede that more living space is preferable in this location. The whole point of living somewhere like this is to take full advantage of the surroundings. In any case, those who can afford this probably also have a fairly spacious weekend retreat in the Cotswolds complete with five oven Aga and all the workspace you could wish for!
There is a place in Doncaster called Lakeside and they have built new houses there, they overlook a HUGE lake and are gorgeous inside! My sister has been to visit it 3 times cause she loves the inside so much. Try and visit that if you can.
Nazia K Lakeside started about twenty five years ago. The houses are all bog standard boxes built by the usual big developers. The lake, which was marketed as a leisure destination (marketing literature showed boats using it) has no access to watercraft and every summer the council issue warnings about going near it because it's plagued with toxic blue green algae. You have to drive to get anywhere, unless you want to go to McDonald's or the scruffy, run down Dome leisure centre.
6:09 - Going by your video of the penthouse, the door on the left must be the downstairs entrance to the penthouse. This must be the lift that opens directly into the upper floor of that penthouse, if you have the correct key.
Love more the way Matt films because he is more careful on the details, but love to see him on camera to he gives a nice feel of the height of the room so good mix overall
I was waiting for you to mention the lounge wall panelling .... is it a wall paper .... ? .... is it wood finished panelling .... ? .... we have no idea ? When you present apartments like this and London has such great designers AND materials used .... PLEASE GIVE MORE DETAIL ... PLUS .... you mentioned the price ... ok ... but how much is the service charges etc etc ..... MORE detail please ?
This is soooooo much nicer than yesterday’s penthouse. Sorry but Elle Decor’s presentation was disappointing to put it lightly. This one is tasteful and welcoming. By the way Matt and Summer you guys are killing it! 1mill subs soon! 🙌🏼
You guys do a great job. Your videos are MUCH more interesting to watch and get many more views (this one had over 10,000 views in 5 hours!) than those produced by the major agencies. Knight Frank, Savills, Glentree, Aston Chase and Beauchamp would be well advised to employ your services as this is the way that Joe Hitech learns about homes in the 21st century. It's not the same as the way Mr and Mrs Gotrocks viewed homes 30 years ago! On that note, how about tours of 48 Ellsworthy Rd, 25, 34, 46, and 53 Avenue Rd, 100 Hamilton Terrace, and Eglon House on Eglon Mews off Sharples Hall St? Again, your tours get seen, and exposure is what these homes need. Keep up the great work, and thank you very much!
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow Could you do South Norwood, within 0.5 miles of Norwood Junction Station. You should be able to find a 2 bed flat there from between £300k-400.
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow i think what you guys are doing is fine. let's face it, we all like to watch these fancy places and anything below 600k in London is plain ugly and not exciting at all. What's the fun and where's the entertainment in watching a video about a £300k London 2-bed flat?
Hahaha literally and usually it’s some backwater area with nothing to offer. As if they’re trying to rationalise with us why they are living there. Like ok Karen no one cares...
Lovely outside patio area, my fav feature. Not so crazy about so much black but might suit others. Hallways too dark also & seem creepy. Think i would keep looking at that price point.
It’s a cute 2 bedroom apartment in city with quite a spacious terrace. If I were to buy properties in Uk , I’ll get a 2 or 3 bedrooms apartment at Park Lane opposite Hyde Park or city centre and one more house outside London, maybe Bicester or Windsor. Keep up the good work guys. You both gave me lots of ideas to choose. Always waiting for new videos. Terima kasih
Love your videos and channel! The only criticism I have is that some videos are very dark maybe because of lots of natural light and it's hard to watch when you can't see much! Apart from that love the contents 👏🏼👍🏼
Just watched your how much I made on YT video. Anyone can see how much any YT’er makes and their analytics. I just checked your channel income from last month and can see you’re doing much better than your video showed at the time. 👏🏼👏🏼 Keep up the great work.
Well done ! Most good about you that you talk and do presentation very naturally normal. Don't worry about pronunciations of the brands. This will come with time. Well done!
Nice style, would much prefer a larger living area rather than that huge main bedroom. Do you ever do acpttish properties? Or more properties in the countryside.
lovely looking apartment but any idea why people don't put in integrated coffee machines in these high end apartments ?? love all the colour and really well staged 👍
The girl seems to lack proper terminology sometimes and giggles around even if they’ve done this for a long time now. The guy’s a bit more knowledgeable. But yeah 50/50 is a balance
Can you please tour some 4-5 bedroom properties? I live in Aus with my parents and 2 sisters and would love to see what the UK has to offer if we were ever to move over there. Apartments and/or houses!
Compared to yesterday's, value for money I don't think this is as good. The larger one was more than double the size for nearly double the price. I prefer the outdoor space on this smaller one though.
Would be nice if you could put a bit more energy into the tours, speak a bit louder as it sounds as if you are both whispering, and be a bit more sure about the facts. Just a few recommendations!
I hear what you are saying but going by the old adage “it’s only worth what someone’s willing to pay”, this place is worth 2.4. It is a lovely apartment, I’m all over that out door terrace. 🥂
Worth it for the location mostly, and people who want to stay in this area are willing to pay that price, otherwise off to the backwaters they go..but you gotta admit it is well done.
AlexTrainspotterHD I'd happily pay that price for this. The location is brilliant- you have Covent Garden, soho, Chinatown within walking distance. You're ten minutes walk from the river, a few minutes from the British museum, three minute walk to the tube,. On top of that, it's the same size as a typical new build family home at just under 1000 sq ft, so not stingy. The outside space is fantastic and unusual for such a central location.
Matt and Summer, feel free to be more comfortable in showing your true personalities on camera! I understand you guys have to maintain some level of professionalism but don't forget to have a good giggle
Jesus.... i live in a very similar size apartment that's a 10th of the price of that, just because it's not in central london. London house prices are just criminal.
Nadja Luge Parker street is nowhere near Oxford Circus. I didn't see a map? This is about equidistant from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations, probably a three or four minute walk to Covent Garden and slightly less to Holborn. Soho is a brisk ten minute walk. It's still a great location.
Somehow this outdoor terrace seems much better than the penthouse’s. This one is a nice small apartment.
I love that summer is very into pointing out the small details and matt is into the technology. Always the right balance.
This size apartment is just right for me. While other houses and flats are grand, i could only imagine the maintenance and upkeep needed for them. This, not so much. Being a city boy I absolutely love the area too.
Do you guys have plans to do a home tour of your own house? Be good to see how all the properties you have viewed has influenced you!
I love house tours and to have a channel that does them basically every day is amazing! Thanks for uploading them. Can't wait to see more.

Not sure how many have seen Maya Jama's home on her ig stories, but that place looks amazing. Would love to see a property like that on here!
