Prototype 2 doesn't lag for me, but sometimes it doesn't launch. The only way to fix the lag is lower the resolution video settings. If you lower the video settings you'll get more FPS. If you have it on Steam: right click it>Properties>Set Launch Options> resolution=2560x1140@165 (resolution followed by fps)
