She posted a behind the scenes for it too. She found her own outfit and did everything within 24 hours of being asked last minute to be Corpse avatar for the mv.
Corpse (also known as Corpse Husband) was the one doing the screaming and had the super deep voice. He's a faceless CZcamsr who started off reading true horror stories and making music on CZcams, and most recently started streaming video games with many other streamers that he's become good friends with, including Jacksepticeye, Pewdiepie, Ludwig, Sykkuno, Disguised Toast, Pokimane, and Valkyrae (who is the woman in this video "portraying" him; she wanted to do it for him as a friend as he suffers from agoraphobia and anxiety to the point that even before COVID if he was able to go outside he had to wear a mask). MGK has said that his next album after Tickets To My Downfall will be a rap/hip-hop one. This song is a stand-alone thing that was done in this style as this falls closer to the type of music that Corpse usually makes now, as MGK heard about him and how he is a huge MGK fan so decided to reach out for a collaboration.
The video has a lot of references as well - the first verses for both of them reference real life events (MGK got into an altercation with someone at a stoplight after his first day at therapy, and Corpse was held at gunpoint while he was out one day), the blood spurting from their mouths while screaming references them both suffering issues with their throat (throat polyp for MGK and GERD for Corpse), the red glowing eye is a reference to the popularization of Corpse's avatar which has one eye red with the other one frequently covered or white (as he's said he has problems with one of his eyes and frequently has to wear an eyepatch), and the effect done on MGK's face at the end is a nod to fans doing similar make-up effects in TikTok videos that they uploaded using clips from that part of the song.

The girl is actually Valkyrae, a really popular streamer here on youtube. Her and Corpse met last year and they immediately became really great friends. Corpse really wanted to be in the video but since he is faceless and agoraphobic and has genuine fear and anxiety of the public, she wanted to do this for him and i think she did a great job portraying him. Bestie vibes 😌
