It is a supporter group the RBB behind the goals getting the rest of the crowd involved. With a call out - "Who do you sing for?" and replied with "We sing for Wanderers!"
Plus it is soccer/football so you have a fair bit of time to create the atmosphere around the game. Maybe learn a bit more before commenting, but now you know.

As an FC Fan ...respect ...watched it on tv last night and was blown away ...RBB are awesome ...keep up the support...may it grow and long may the passion be there....this is why I love football...this passion ....Keep singing for your team ...well done
Yeah because people are warned before their phones are tapped, that's how spying on people works. You tell them about it first, and then they just go about their daily business like nothing happened.
Regardless, whether you agree with the reason for the protest or not, the fact is the RBB stands shoulder to shoulder, no matter what. Epic day in the RBB.
I was @ Western Stands and watching the RBB on my left, it was sight to behold and cherish. This is my first WSW home game in 2 months & 10 days. I miss it so much. This is my 5th home game overall for this season. I actually asked my F & B boss at Parramatta Leagues) if I can attend this football match. He gave me special permission to go. First it's a bad day (because I thought I can't go to the match, due to work), but it turned out to be one of my happiest days. Thanks, Mr. Alain Alpha. :-)
What a sight that was to witness
i was watching this on tv cause i couldn't get tix to the game, so devo, and i was thinking. "WTF, is it really this quite on TV? Does FoxSport have some sort of microphone that blocks out the crowd noise?" then i learned about the silent stand and after 20 mins the noise came back.... I was thinking "ohh thats what the RBB sound like on TV" .. Bring on Sydney FC!!
ive loved football all my life, this was the first a-league game ive ever been to and the passion showed by the RBB has made me a fan for life. expect to see me there more often!
I realise this, but it doesn't address or change my point. They seem more interested in doing this than in the the game. There's nothing wrong with it. I just found it interesting..

I didnt day they were going to tell them they are going ti tap their phone before doing it did i, you just made that part up in your head. I know a cop they said its like a warrant to go into someone's house, it has to be applied for and no one is going to pay thousands to tap a phone of a teenager to find out who has a flare and who hasn't. Only self importance has them thinking they are being tapped. By the way Josh have you been using that comeback for a while now ? It was a real good one

No RBB Is interested in getting the whole stadium the mood to support WEST SYDNEY. The chants that go back and forth isn't two different teams. It's both sides of the field same supporters communicating.
This is plain awesome. Credit to all fans. Love this club.

@Wanderers hooligan: please don't ruin a good thing. As a netrual fan, The RBB are fantastic but your nickname on here is the reason it only takes one nob to spoil it for everyone. Be pro-active next time.
That's so beautiful, it nearly brought a tear to my eye. Didn't really address the fact that the crowd is more interested in interacting with each other than in the action on the pitch.

This is amazing, for once australia has culture in its sport! But give them 2 weeks and theyl be the same boring crowds .. just like the nrl
