The Flea Market mod, I need! Also the Sim City Loans. It’s a nice alternative to SNB Bank which always seemed like a more complicated mod than what I actually need for my gameplay.

so i read into the bed cuddle mod and in the mod information it states that a known conflict is any mod that changes sleep animations the first one listed is the kiss and grind mod by Utopya just a heads up so to avoid broken scripts please use one or the other.

i absolutely just downloaded most of these mods, and im gonna open up sims 4 now. a few concerns before i run ts4 is that my laptop would black out and/or get really hot.

anyone else having issues getting them to download? like I click the download option and it pops up a windowing saying "thank you for downloading" but no download actually starts and yes I checked for blocked pop ups and still nothing.. (Specifically, for the education overhaul)
