Depressing. This is a playoff semifinal and our shortest highlights I think all season. Most of it is Leeds too. I try to be the positive one, but I can't find anything good from this.
All of it except that 1 save from meslier is Leeds

The difference in energy levels and intensity between them and us was alarming. We were hopelessly outclassed. It was a masterclass in exactly how you should play the second leg of a tie away from home. The 2 cheap early goals we gave away in that atmosphere was like throwing petrol on a bonfire.

@@pianoman5586 This is true. I like DW as a person but he's just not the right fit, glad to see they've for once acted quickly in parting with him. Give the next manager as much time as possible to overhaul things.

So many of our players were not just running on empty they were running on injuries, with no quality to replace them on the bench, sticking to tactics that doesn't play to their strengths, facing an opponent that is better than us. Tough night.
Oh it genuinely did happen then. I woke up this morning hoping it was all a bad dream.
I thought Leeds would win this match but i really thought Norwich would've had much more to give in the circumstances, instead they've gone out with a whimper and looked completely spineless and a million miles away from being able to compete at the top table.

I don't really know what to say. I didn't think we would win but I did think the players would turn up because of the occasion. This is a tough pill to swallow, it really is and I'm sure fans of other teams can empathise with us. OTBC... I guess.
As a Swans fan , got to say unlucky to you boys. Great effort making the play offs, but a bridge too far last night. In fairness, eland Road was bouncing and Leeds would’ve done that to any team last night. If your 9 had made it 2-1 when clean through, who knows? But time to regroup and ATB for 24/25. Sack the manager? City don't have a Prem player in the bunch. Playoffs is their level. They're a decent, well-run club with 28,000 fans every home game. A lot of teams would love to swap. That's just who they are.

I know Wagner got us in the playoffs but with the team we have, we should be fighting for a lot more than 6th please get this manager out, last thing I want is for us to start another season with him in charge and I think I speak for most Norwich fans 😢
Absolutely gutless performance. We need a complete rebuild starting with Wagner getting the boot.
We did well just to get to the play off considering the season as a whole. Wished we'd made it but had a good go anyway. Next year!

In no way acceptable. I know we were outmatched and leeds the better side, 100%, but the tactics and performances were all wrong today. Alot of issues bubbling to the surface all year and each one of them rears its face on the most important day of the season. Will be a very different squad and probably sideline next season. OTBC
Sorry to hear of David’s departure but really possessive football is really for teams like arsenal and Man City .
Our lads are of a different class and we were beaten by a team manufactured by a previous manager who gave us our style .

Norwich City arses got spanked big time. Not good for Norfolk pubs as most fans would’ve left at half time. Also this is just a taster of what would happen if they did enter the premier league once again. Continuous thrashings which isn’t good for the team, so the championship is better for them in a way.

Best team won, watched the first leg at Carrow Road and Leeds should have won that game. Best of luck in the Final, Farke has one of the worst Premier League records of all time. Hoping he gets the chance to rectify this if Leeds win the final

I know delia loves the club but we are gonna get barely any money to improve so I think it's time to sell.
I don't think I've seen a more pathetic performance from a Norwich side, I've never understood the way Wagner sets the team up, and his substitutions leave a lot to be desired, didn't Norwich check Wagner's cv before taking him on, his two previous jobs were a disaster, if he stays with Norwich then the fans have nothing but disappointment ahead, too many poor players on the books, need a good clear out of manager and players.
In answer to your question asking if the club checked Wagner's CV, he worked with Webber at Huddersfield. I think several players will leave fairly soon: Rowe and Sargent are likely to be tempted by better offers. The club needs a good clear-out and Wagner's departure may well be the start. Leeds were the undoubted favourites but the least the fans should expect was for Norwich to put up a fight. Leeds went through them like a hot knife through butter.
