zpolt I’m really liking the Yinyoo 16 core that sells for around $16 right now. I bought 3 browns, 2 silvers and the Gree/Blue/Silver all in 2 pin. It looks to be the same as the NiceHCK 16 core but those aren’t discounted as much. The split and the end plug seems to be the only slightly difference between the 2. If I see the NiceHCK dip below $18 I want to grab a few. I can’t use preformed ear hooks anymore since I found I get a better fit when the earpiece is tilted back so the plug points up at a 45 degree angle basically pointing at my temple. It looks like I need another MMCX cable for my UrbanFun I just ordered yesterday. I resisted for the last 2 months but I couldn’t hold off any longer after all the praise they’ve been getting.
Joe Rico looks good also. I havent reviewed them but If its a good price might be worth the shot!

The Faeel is thicker because it's using OFC litz, the rest are just using SPC cables. There exists SPC litz as well. They're usually 22~24 AWG cable which are thicker than the rest which are usually the thinnest 28~30 AWG. They're usually more expensive due to that thickness and is limited to usually 8-cores max.

Are they mold? Or green stuff? It maybe because of body oils, and molds grow on them, you need to wipe them clean from time to time.

I've done a lot of reading on this topic, and I've come to the conclusion that unless you have a really poor quality cable, a new, more expensive cable won't provide a significant sound quality difference. If you're looking to upgrade/change sound quality, look into ear tips for IEMs instead.
Thanks Josh for the reply :) yeah i do agree with ur view looking at how reviewer shy away from sound qc and focus more on the cable externals....i guess the sound improvement is negligible till theres less stuff to talk about...but of course will continue to search around the internet to understand further.... anyway thanks :)
A good cable have a faster and cleanier signal, which affect the sound in a good way with better extension, but i'm not sure we can really talk about "sound quality". In a sens yes, but it's more complex. The FAAEAL cable is graded "5N" (purity of the cooper) wich is really good at this price range. The others cable are generally 3/4N.

Due to the stock cable failing on my IEM's, I came here looking for an upgrade and expecting a discussion on sound quality; which was not mentioned at all!
I could care less about how cool the cable looks or how soft it feels. I want great sound!

Sorry to inform you cable doesn't change or improve sound. Only an emotional over reaction person would say that it changes the sound of a high graded cable
For aesthetic only
Change in sound is not much, if any. And that is comparing best case scenario cables to each other.
In layman's terms, copper will be warmer than silver, but mixed wires will do both. You only get another 2-5% change in wideness for jumping up wire gauges (i.e. 2,4,6,8,16-core, etc.).
TLDR: Buy whatever cable speaks to you. Wearing an IEM is already something out of the ordinary. Your equipment (Audio player, software, IEMs) are MUCH more important than the interconnect itself.

The Nicehck 4 core copper cable is pretty much the same exact thing as the Faaeal cable except it's a little more expensive and has much better connectors and y split used. I have about a dozen of them lol
"little more expensive". 39.99$... vs 14$ for the FAAEAL... Plus the FAAEAL is "5N" grade while the NICEHCK is only 4N.
