Thank you, that was great all the messages out there are telling us to take HRT and shut this process down and get back to normal. It is a normal part of life but the media seems to be telling us if we don't deal with it we will crumble into ill health. I really enjoyed your words.

Exactly, well said. The media seems to want us to stay young and productive. It’s denying an important stage in life! ❤

Thank you for this. I'm so glad it's resonating. Yes the messaging that menopause is an illness or something to be overcome or managed is something I think is doing a real disservice to women. I'm really glad you enjoyed shift in perspective. I'll be sharing much more in the weeks to come. Welcome!

Exactly. It's so important to reclaim the power, wisdom and purpose of menopause and the third stage of life. We need our wise women elders that can only come through this powerful transition. And...there is so much freedom, clarity, passion and purpose on the other side. Thank you so much for your comment and for weighing in!

That I sent my mindset, too. I am going through menopause naturally. I can’t take HRT anyway due to a genetic condition I was born with. I am finding that I need to trust my body’s wisdom as I go through this change and to not stop the process. To stop it would be doing harm, in my opinion. I pray for wisdom and seek God to help me. I am one year post menopause (52 years old).

Thank you for your share. Listening and being able to understand the subtle (or not so subtle) messages the body sends out is key. Menopause marks a shift and needs us to change...but it doesn't have to feel bad or be terrible. I'm so glad you're listening and finding wisdom as you go. Thank you for your comment!

Thank you so much for this video. As a woman trying to get through naturally, this is a wonderful resource! So many times think about taking hrt just to get some sleep, but then I just think I’d be almost cheating myself out of the wisdom that should come with this transition. I really look forward to hearing your tips to help…..❤ Many thanks….🙏🏻

Thank you for comment and for sharing. I totally get it! Sleep is at the root of so much and not sleeping can definitely suck the joy and vitality out of life. I'll do some sleep supportive posts coming up. Thanks for being here!

Listening to a lot of the content creators talk about menopause paints a picture of doom and gloom. This was a ray of light and hope. Thank you for the positivity. I really appreciate this. Great video 😊

Thank you- I'm so glad it's resonating! This is a powerful and transformational time which can be hard to remember with the messaging out there and if struggling with symptoms. But there is so much wisdom to be found in the transition. This is where the story gets good I like to say ;). Thank you so much for sharing and for being here!

Thank you but what do we do for those of us that have problems with sleep. This concerns me because there are repercussions. Our body heals when we sleep. Desperately need help, im at a loss on what to do.

Oh yes, lack of sleep is huge. There are a lot of things you can do, and in my experience, a combination of many little things add up to something big. I don't know you're particular pattern so can't speak to your situation directly but managing stress is huge (see the nervous system resetting tool that i offered here.Reseting regularly throughout the day can really help sleep czcams.com/video/N-jPfbrwB5Q/video.html)
Sleep "hygine" no screens, no stimulants (try cutting caffeine completely for a bit), bright light morning, no overhead or bright lights evenings. sleep teas...the list goes on. I actually created a sleep 'toolbox' for midlife women here if you're interested with lots of tools and resources.

More coming soon! I definitely suggest integrating the nervous system resetting into daily life. A drop in the bucket, but over time the bucket gets full! More soon though... :)
