Really cool piece here! I've used the card trick before but had never dawned on me to start by filling the entire gap and then splitting the card piles for the assembly, thanks for the tip!

I didn`t intend to utilize this woodworking website, *TopFineWoodworking. Com* but rather curious about it. I was truly impressed after trying it. It would be awesome if you could do a quick tutorial on how to do a matching floating table, with only the top part with drawer and how to attach to the wall. It would make a perfect pair for a minimalist decor. I love walnut so much!

I know what you mean - I tried the tape method on a project a few months ago and it failed horribly - project still worked, but I think I was using the wrong tape! Cheers

Great story telling using only the beam. Awesome. Also. The fit on the cross cut sled was perfect for those panels, pianist now, was that by design or was that luck of the draw?
That was by design :) Although I've just removed the back fence when things are too small.
