The reason why I switched to Azeron is because I was researching this joystick that Martoz and Ken Beans use. I feel like Azeron Cyborg is a few more steps forward in this direction but it is no doubt way more expensive. In any case, I think having movement on your thumb is advantageous no matter how you look at it.

Ngl im already used to the gmk joystick. Been playing with binds and found some similar to my old ones without the joystick so i got better at my mechanics because of that

KenBeans uses this and he said that the strafe angle maxes out sooner when gliding and slows you down.

I’m on mouse and keyboard for now about 8 months I’m really on and off the game and my movement is really hard for me I’m only really good at box fighting but for some reason it’s so hard to build fight or even move around without messing up. My friend ordered this I will try it and see if I like or I can see myself getting use to it and hopefully get it

@@geemithafernando yes I'm really good got used to my binds and everything is going well. I kept changing my load out binds some were hard to use but now everything is going well. I'm already building better than before. Im going to upload a vid soon you'll see

I have a GMK Joystick and I'm a little nervous of using it. Actually, I have both GMK and Azeron keypad. Any recommendations how to start?
It can seem overwhelming bcos it isn’t easy to switch! I’d say use gmk so you can use any keyboard you want :) infact if you have Instagram dm me (mearzy1x) and I’ll be happy to give you advice! Or my Twitter is (mearzyy)
Do you know any way, maybe with a controller or something, where you can sort of simulate what its like to use the joystick? $50 is a good bit for me, and while really interested, I just dont know if I can warrant the purchase
Yeah sure, you can put a controller under your keyboard and just use the movement analog stick, you still need to change the settings I show in the video. A friend done that whilst he was waiting for the joystick to come , it’s not the most optimal or comfortable but it will simulate it!
With the joystick will I have to use double movement settings at all?

i feel like this is a similar process to getting used to changing your finger placement around the WASD keys which has been very hard to get used to i wanna give up. Is it normal and was it the same for you that you were really really bad with movement and confused and what did you do to get used to t
Yeah I would say it kinda is, now in terms of what you can do.. play the game, force yourself to be pressing the movement keys as much as possibly, wether you’re playing a creative map or whatever just focus on moving around as much as possible to get used to it
Could I keep my normal keybinds and just not use the movement keys ?
depends on how awkward that feels for you, your hand placement changes with the joystick
I wanna switch to kbm from controller and feel just switching to joystick and keyboard would be even easier than just a keyboard and mouse cause I’m used to joystick movement.

I would do that bro I’m on keyboard now for couple months and I’m struggling with the movement it’s so hard to move around specially in game where there is a lot going on box fights are easy since your technically already in pre box area that’s square.

There’s apps for double movement. Full 360 movement is only available by joystick! Yes keyboard joystick is the way forward for improving man

It does work on other games yes, as far as I’m aware it works on call of duty, valorant and fortnite. I’m sure it works on any games that allow dual input , best thing to do is ask them on Twitter :)

Why not the Azeron?
Good question! I like the idea of this joystick because you’re able to use whatever keyboard you want with it, with the Azeron being a complete keyboard/joystick unit you’re unable to change your keyboard without getting rid of the azeron as a whole!
@@mearzy1x yes, that is a bit of downside, as you still need a keyboard beside the Azeron. I have a laptop and travel a lot so at this stage I cannot feel this pain, as if I want to write, I use the laptop's keyboard.
Will you make a keybind video? Also what happened with your version of keyboard joystick?
@@Shoo8601 yeah well for convenience the azeron is a good choice I guess! I could make a keybind video but I am a left handed mouse player so my keybinds would be a lot different to most peoples! But it’s a good idea so people could see how I play :)
@@mearzy1x I am also left handed😁 just for back up, if I switch to the gmk and maybe I can use it some part for my Azeron. Not many left handed people playing with joystick and sharing their knowledge

I have small hands. I don’t see why it wouldn’t! You may just have to put more binds on the bottom row.

@@mearzy1x do u use antimicro or do u have a newer version that supports the new software I got the first version joystick so I can only use antimicro but again it’s just super clunky
I say that cuz ur movement looks clean so if u do use antimicro a settings short would be dope

Simply put, most of them have optimal binds they’ve used for years. If they’re competing tier 1 they can’t afford to spend a month trying to learn a joystick
