Hello, may I know if you can set the quote page thumbnail to a fixed pixel? Because sometimes if we set woocommerce thumbnail small, the products page and home page product pictures will be vague, but if we set it to larger, the quote page product picture will be extra large, and it looks bad.
Thanks and wait for your kindly reply.

Thank you for reaching out to us 🙂 In our YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote premium plugin there's an option to upload an attachment of up to 3MB to the quote when answering it, this would be attached to the email sent to the customer with the pending quote. Also, if you needed to allow your customers to send files to you when requesting the quote, you could add the "upload" type field to the quote form. 🙂

It doesn't work properly on my website.
    1. When I choose "Product list on left side, form on right side" the request a quote page still shows like "Product list above, form below" and the right side is empty.
    2. When you choose botton for "Add to quote" style, the button shape and font is strange, and I can not find any where to revise its shape and font size.
    3. The button is just 3 words, but it will show 3 lines, no matter what you do.
Please advise what should we do to fix these problems?

Hi, there's a flaw at 6:05. When you click the "add to quote" button, it disappears soon. You can't add it to the quote again. What if it's a variable product? Variable product has more than one choice. Look at your video, a T-shirt, can be black, white, grey. The size can be S, M, L. But you can only chose one, then the "add to quote" button disappeared. You can't chose other variations. I tried your Pro version, it didn't work either. So I have applied for a refund.

Yes, we can set all the possible variations. If the quantity of the variation is not large, it's easy to handle. What if the variants reach hundreds or even millions? Say, we have 9 or 10 attributes for a variable product. The variants would be 362280 or 3628800. Obviously, we cannot configure such a large number of variants.

Hi,@@starryVW 😃 The product shown at 06:05 is a simple product. When it comes to variable products, after a variation is added to the quote and the "Add to quote" button changes to the "Browse the list" link, you can choose a different variation than the one added to the quote and you'll get the "Add to quote" button again. Feel free to test it here: plugins.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/product/blue-man-t-shirt/. If you need to add more of that product or variation to the quote, you will find a quantity field for each item in the quote request form. Since you have already contacted our team through the dedicated support dashboard, we invite you to contact them again through the same dashboard if you have further questions or need further help: yithemes.com/my-account/support/dashboard/. Hi Clive, the "Add to Quote" button is a widget that can be added from the Elementor panel. You can check the information here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/integrations/elementor/ If you added it correctly and still don't see it, please contact our developers directly by submitting a support ticket from your My Account page yithemes.com/my-account/support/dashboard/ They will gladly assist!

@@YITHOfficial Is this function only available on Pro version? I can see the Pro version allows you to insert the "Add to Quote" button where you want but doesn't fill me with confidence that this button doesn't show at all on free version. I need to see the plugin working on the site before tying my customer in to ongoing payments.

@@CliveStephenson Hi Clive, yes, the integration with Elementor is a premium feature and it is not available in the free version. Hi there! 😃 To edit the product quantity as the admin, in the backend, using our premium plugin, you can click on the "Edit item" icon to the right of the product in the quote details (you can see this at 09:05 in this video), change the product quantity in the related field, and then just click on "Save". Once the quote is ready to be sent to the customer, you can click on "Send quote" in the Quote Options section. Hi, Farhan! Thank you for reaching out to us 🙂 With our YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote premium plugin you can choose not to show the add to quote button in other WooCommerce pages that are not the products pages and you can enable the option to show the add to quote button in Gutenberg blocks to add it to your pages as explained in our documentation: bit.ly/3w0jLvV
About the add to cart button, that one can only be shown or hidden in all of the pages, the plugin doesn't allow to choose where to show or hide it. We do have an integration with our YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode premium plugin that allows you to hide the add to cart button in product pages, here's more on that integration: bit.ly/3msQzL7

Where are the shipping amount calculation? there are no steps to discuss the shipping amount. Since we are providing the price quotation for bulk orders. Who the hell wants the price quotations for single t shirt and also if i want to hide quantity option do you have some option for that? Request for Quotations is Usually used for variation on quantity and shipping charges depends on quantity.

Hi there! 🙂 With YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce premium, you can add shipping costs to the quote as shown here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/add-shipping-costs-quote-total/. And if you need to hide the quantity field in the quote request page, you can do it thanks to the "Product table" section in the premium plugin: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/page-options/. To add won't this also be in conflict with your own Yith pdf invoices?

    • @YITHOfficial
      @YITHOfficial  Před 7 měsíci

Hi,@@juts_sama! 😃 As shown at 09:05 in this video, you can edit the price of each product included in the quote. The total price will then be updated based on your edition. You can also read more about product editing here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/product-editing/. As for YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, both premium plugins are compatible, editing prices in a quote is not an issue because the quote is not an order and the YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin includes an option to generate invoices when orders get the "Processing" or "Completed" status. This means that the quote needs to be accepted by the customer first, turned into an order, and then get one of the statuses mentioned to generate the PDF invoice with the pricing that was accepted by the customer. In case you have further questions, feel free to contact us through the following link: yithemes.com/contact-form/. Stay tuned! 😉

@@YITHOfficial hi team, thanks for responding quickly. I am now testing the plugin. The issue we have is that the price per item from the quote is not the same as the price per item that is showing in the invoice pdf. Invoice pdf is still getting the Woocommerce product price instead of the quote price.
Also, all the other woocommerce emails generated during the request a quote process are also showing the price from woocommerce products and not the price from the quote.
It is only with the Quote PDF wherein the price per item is shown correctly with the quote per item.

Hi there! 😃 Using the premium version of our plugin, you can add the Mini Quote shortcode you mentioned, [yith_ywraq_mini_widget_quote], anywhere on your site where you can enter text, or add the "YITH WooCommerce Mini Request a Quote widget" to widget areas. Both of them can show the quantity of products added to the quote, you can find more information about this here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/widgets/ and here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/premium-version-settings/shortcodes/mini-quote/.
