What we can suggest is creating a simple product to buy credits and link it to a new membership plan that includes the number of credits you want to sell or edit the credits balance manually in the subscription details - docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-membership/settings/membership/ - but in that case, if you want to charge customers for that, you'll need to do it on your own, not within the plugin settings. If you create a new product to sell a membership with credits, then users will have, for example, 5 credits from membership A and 30 from membership B; if you edit the credits balance manually, credits are accumulated (you'll need to configure the "Credits availability" option in the membership plan accordingly if you don't want them to lose those credits in the future).
