@@Rookie-2552 it references the companion quest of arcade Gannon (who is a known ex enclave soldier) the thing is the phrase 'dear old friends, remember navarro' is actually the password to the bunker they have set up which you get to enter after bringing him and his other enclave friends together For more info search ' for auld lang syne
One detail I noticed in my 2nd (NCR) playthrough was that when the Legion yells RETRIBUTION! They sound far more aggressive when saying it during the battle of hoover dam as opposed to when they say it anywhere else before the battle.
Idk if this was done purposefully but when I heard this when I played for the battle of hoover dam I felt like I was helping in making history as if this was gonna be covered one day as a chapter in America’s history
I was more like, "THE FUCK ARE YOU BOMBING ME FOR? I HIRED YOU GUYS!" First time the boomers killed me. Even after that they killed some of my squad when I was with the legion.
