- Today we have an interview with Miss Universe Nepal 2023, Jane Dipika! Jane was crowned as Miss Universe Nepal over 6 weeks ago and she's already competing at Miss Universe 2023. Miss Nepal made history by becoming the first plus-size woman to compete in the 72-year history of the beauty pageant.
Miss Universe 2023 is by far the most inclusive edition of the beauty pageant yet as recently the Miss Universe Organization removed age restrictions, and marital status criteria, and mothers and trans women are also welcome. Miss Nepal is the reflection of that new era of change. Of course, any trailblazer will always create extreme reactions, Jane is aware of it but she decided to use it to her advantage. She speaks naturally. There's nothing flowery or fabricated about her answers. Feels so real and relatable. Often times, in pageantries contestants tend to sound too sweet and we'll calculated in the interviews. It's refreshing to see someone like Jane who sounds and looks like a regular person talking makes her very relatable. 👌

I think it's like France said to Luis, when you aren't much hyped by the fans you felt relaxed, but still stick to your true purpose. You can tell Nepal and France speak from their clear mind and natural. You don't see them trying to act queen. Good luck Jane!
