I want to have the same body build. Very coordinated and connected body build he has, yet all his joints are relaxed and veins showing like he does yoga. I want this type pf body and ab build so bad.

Fouf Cherie cause that's not real... NBA players don't really lift weights like that... they lift sparingly... most of their energy is spent in the gym... Lebron is huge compared to most players but he's super lean in person...

oh I didn't know that muscles could actually lead to injury... is it because they wouldn't be as stretchable if they had more muscle mass ?
Fouf Cherie I mean they lift but not really what I would call seriously... most do light reps for muscle endurance/stamina... they do movements that enhance flexibility... core training... things of that nature... and I never heard of weight lifting causing injury btw... lifting helps prevent injury honestly...
Fouf Cherie They lift sparingly because the bigger the muscle the heavier it is and that means that their knees have to support even more weight and in an 82 game season it really takes a huge toll on the knees and can lead to a really bad injury so they lift but at a controlled and light pace. Once every couple of days or so.

@Davon Vanstory bruh... in 15’ kyrie and love were injured, the warriors had it ez. In 16’ they blew a 3-1 lead while having a 73-9 record... in 17’/18’ they had kd and in 18’ the cavs lost kyrie. Ntm kyrie outplayed curry in both 16’ and 17’ as the second option at a YOUNGER age.
