Remember episode 71 from S1? My suggestion is to make something similar to that. Peninsula-like landmass with a dense collection of buildings.

i would love to see a season, where you build the city in an apocalyptic setting. like overgrown, ruined roads, decaying house and buildings. like a last of us themed build.
You should also add an oil terminal to the port and link the 2 sections up.
