HORSES RIDING IN TRAILER TO EQUESTRIAN CENTER

I WONDERED WHAT IT MUST BE LIKE FOR THE HORSES TO RIDE IN THE TRAILER, I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WERE COMFORTABLE AS WE TAKE A SHORT DRIVE FROM OUR HOUSE TO THE EQUESTRIAN CENTER. I ALWAYS STOP AND DO A SAFETY CHECK SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE. LOOKS LIKE THE WORLDS GREATEST HORSES ENJOY THE RIDE . CODY ALWAYS RIDES BEHIND ME AND FROSTY BEHIND ROBBIN. THANKS FOR WATCHING !

I've often wondered ...
This method of transporting horses has been around for a very long time.
I'm not sure I would feel safe/secure riding in a (horse) trailer.
I've never had a horse that was difficult to trailer. I believe there is a huge amount of trust from the horse, comfort knowing we won't hurt them.
Also, food is a big motivator, keep their brain engaged with eating versus fear.
These are very nice horses!

This is very interesting to see. I own a miniature donkey and I'm hopefully going to adopt a 15.3 hands high horse. What can you suggest for me? I do not own a horse trailer nor any saddles or anything like that. The horse I am looking at does have arthritis and he's 18.

Artemisia Gentileschi yeh they r using a go pro but it’s got a monitor in the front of the van/truck/car so they know and can see the horses in case they spook or something

It's the old cowboy way of doing things . A really good horse is ready to go. We have the cinch loose while they ride and only do it for short trailer rides . You can tell by the video they have no problem with it . They love going places and when you open the door to the trailer they just walk right in happy to go. Thank you !
