Hi Adam! Thanks for another interesting video.
I'd like to share one of my favorite recipes. I think you're gonna like it.
    "Moscow Bun"
    Dough ingredients:
    1) Flour ~ 1kg(-/+)
    2) Milk - 500ml
    3) Sugar - 150gr
    4) Eggs - 2
    5) Butter - 150gr
    6) Salt - 5gr
    7) Dry yeast - 11gr
    8) Cooking oil
    Topping ingredients:
    1) Sugar - 100gr
    Syrup ingredients:
    1) Boiled hot water - 3 tablespoons
    2) Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Everything is put into a bread maker. Bread maker setting - "dough only".
Some cooking oil for dough so it won't stick to hands(Also put some on the table top).
Once the dough is nice and ready, we're good to go:
We put some oil on our hands and on the table top and then we split the dough into 18-20 equal balls.
    These are our future buns.
Hope you'll enjoy this! Thanks for your videos once again!

    Words learned from this video
    To saute: to flip
To broil/to roast: using the oven
    * to broil is faster because the heat come from the top
    * to roast is longer because the heat come from the sides and the bottom but roasting cooks inside the food
    To grill/to BBQ
To chop/to dice: quickly cut into little pieces
To slice: cut into large pieces
To fry: anything you do with oil
    * deep fry is to cover with oil
    * regular fry is just to oil both sides
To stir/to give * a stir: get every ingredients rising up so the heavy ingredients don't fall into the bottom and and burn
an Oven: the box-shaped thing you're using to roast or boil

It´s served in a bed of lettuce with sweet tomatoes and corn. It´s delicious :D
