I also don't smoke, but I think the connotation is that cigars are more fancy and high class, the kind of thing people would smoke for enjoyment, while cigarettes are cheaper and no one genuinely thinks they are fun. Just my guess
A number of things: First off, Cigars supposedly are comprised of solely tobacco and nothing else (I highly doubt that tbh), while cigarettes have tobacco, wrapping paper, filters, added nicotine, and tons of other additives. Second, cigars are seen as being fancier, higher class, and smoked to celebrate an occasion. Even characters who don't smoke in TV shows and movies are occasionally depicted as having a cigar at some point. While cigarettes are generally seen as something you do because you're addicted to nicotine, nobody has a cig to celebrate, you have one because otherwise you get anxious and depressed.
I have been waiting for this one, just because of how relatable it is to when I finish my homework only to realise I have like twenty more assignments left to do I completely forgot about and they’re all due tomorrow where’s the cigar cake?
I guess with no more E3s, this coping strategy aka the old family recipe will soon be retired.
It's probably just as well.

“Why?”
“Don’t ask”
Most of these are playing cards

And he's gonna have to go over all the E3s after 2021- oh wait...
Holy sh*t, Scott’s homemade Cigarette recipe also includes cake
This is a coping strategy indeed!
Dude really wasted a perfectly good cake by shoving cigarettes in it
And Scott realizes there will be no more E3
I’m happy this clip’s on the Snippets channel!
As someone who doesn’t smoke, what’s the difference between cigars and cigarettes
nowadays it's an aesthetic choice

Cigars typically have minimal ingrediants where cigarettes tend to have dozens.

“What strategy Scott?”

0:12 when you realize that SMG4 was captured by Puzzle Vision, which likely means no "Mario reacts to Nintendo memes" videos for a while.
