LMAO yea for sure, I've never seen someone with such an ax to grind but rightfully so. That dealership screwed him over hard, thing is dealerships don't care how many cars you've bought from them in the past, they care about what you're doing for them right now. Hopefully dude got this resolved.

Marshall: His homework was good but the video was painful to watch. Also the advice the first lawyer gave NOT to drive the car was rock solid and he was foolish to ignore it-----the basis for these lawsuits is the car is UNSAFE TO DRIVE. By driving it, he can no longer make that claim..he is lucky to have won. Plus to make things worse he signed an agreement with the first lawyer not to drive it, but did so anyway. Plus++++ by driving the car he is making the defect worse, and can do damage that might make other problems. Plus++++ if he can afford to pay $75,000 cash for a car, he can afford to drive his other car for a while. Feel bad for the guy, but some bad judgments were made here.

AMMOMAN: I might not be a mechanic but started in the car business back in the 1970's and I get over $2 million in factory test cars to drive every year so know a bit. This car was NOT a mechanic car repair issue it was a BODY SHOP repair issue! This car had been wrecked either after it left the factory or during a trip down the assembly line. just as a body shop repair man is not qualified to work on car engines, and mechanic is not qualified to do frame/body damage work. Body shops are trained to fix wrecks that have taken far worse impacts than something as minor than this, and that is the type of shop the car should have been sent to, yet in the video he made it very clear it kept being sent back to the service center where they kept replacing front end parts which obviously was NOT the problem. The frame or unibody if we call it that was twisted.
I live right down the road from the Bondurant racing school where they have 96 Hellcats in the fleet....they run the crap out of these cars every day giving more wear in a day than this guy did in a month. Each car goes through a 20 sets of tires every year! They could have fixed this Hellcat blindfolded.

After a month I got a call from the lawyer too meet her at the original dealership and that Acura was just going to go ahead and give me a new car same model. When I walked in the Manager was there staring me down and talking shit too me. My lawyer got there and the rep from Acura. Finally after 2 hours and signing paperwork they pulled the new Car up to the door for me to inspect. Surprisingly the car was perfect. Clean inside and out. I drove away and my car still runs perfectly. It’s so stupid how dealerships and manufacturers can’t just admit when something goes wrong and make it right. Great video Brotha!

Its a "60" rated tire wear tire. They are *very* sticky, only topped by their Demon tires with a "0" rating(track tires, no mileage). Even spirited driving on a 60 rated tire on rough streets will wear the tires out after that distance, not to mention that tires are excluded from the warranty because they are considered wear items.

Damaged in transport from the factory or an error during the build. I worked in the used car market for 20 years... A frame damaged car deserves only a SALVAGE TITLE.
Now it could be fixed but it's not the kind of work a dealer would do. Alignment is caster, camber and toe, many make only have provisions for toe adjustment.
Camber can be added at the Strut/Knuckle bolts by slotting the top hole at the strut, caster could be done by modification of the upper strut mounting or a strut rod that is threaded to locate the control arm(These would come with the car.).
Looking at the body panel alignment I don't believe that the car was hit but had the problem built in or maybe, but not for certain by transport(Some of those guys are not to bright on handling cars).
For a new car not being able to be aligned tells me that the car is not marketable as a new vehicle by any means. The dealer knows this.
If that car were to be sold from a dealer used without disclosing frame damage the dealer would having a legal problem for not buying the vehicle back.(At least in California.)
I worked 21 years in used car reconditioning and a frame inspection is the first order of business. If it doesn't pass we returned the car to the dealer. In some cases we would arbitrate if it was a car for purposes other than resale as a running car for resale. Like parts or racing.
Robot assembly is not infallible. Some of the stories I have heard about cars that just drove from the assembly line to the factory storage lot would curl your hair.

Panel alignment looks too good. Could still be from transport though... A careless flatbed driver could have done damage with the winch while securing it to the tow truck. I've seen that come in, sometimes with tears in the metal from the hooks. The only way to know is measurements on a frame rack. Any tweakage bad enough to move the strut towers should make the hood fit look bad. It looks perfect in the videos.
What gets me is who was doing the alignment that though moving the subframe like that was helping. With those measurement the car should have went down the road at an angle that would be noticeable if you followed the car down the road.
It would make a great circle track car if it pulled left instead of right. :)

Your tire problem on the back was from the giant hole-shots these guys were doing on your prized possession when in their possession. The carriage shift that they performed on your vehicle did nothing to remedy the problem other than made it dogleg down the street. The multiple days left at the repair places and the hundreds of miles put on it was only an opportunity for eager service guys to go out and rape you and put your car through more abuse. You got screwed over by the stealership and moreover by the manufacturer. The manufacturer should of required them to allow you to surrender the car to them. That place sucks. I am a used car tech for one of the other dealers in the Auto mall. Had a Ram truck leaking oil. Was under there warranty used car manager had it sent to them to get repair. I got it back after 2weeks to finish my work on it. The truck was still leaking oil and now they had broken one of the wheel studs on the hub. Of course they said they didn’t. Which is hard to believe anything they say when they had said they have fixed the oil leak in the vehicle which was still leaking oil. Something like that wouldn’t have gone unnoticed by me. I used to work for Towbin Dodge in the service drive and all over the dealership over the years. They are the biggest cheats. I caught the service department doubling the oil change wait times AGAINST what the manual recommends, in regards to the dealer using "semi-synthetic" fluid. About a year into doubling every customer's oil change wait times and clearing the miles from when it's due, til the next. I find out that in the parts department, the base oil used in those oil changes is cheap bulk conventional oil. So, then it goes to motive....in service, creating unnecessary wear and tear on customers new vehicles by doubling the build up on engine sludge unnecessarily by lying to customers about the oil being used and the proper "updated" intervals. Makes sense as to destroy their customers cars to sell them new ones over and over. Sneaky af.
I even met with Chop at a local restaurant on my birthday to have a sit down about his practices and going to the media. He threatened me and then changed his oil the next day apparently. But over the years, I worked there during the shows and can personally vouch that behind the scenes in most ways, this dealer is shady, untrustworthy and fraudulent. I've worked in the sales tower, my ex wife worked along with the head of security and saw it too. All the top guys are gone and moved over to Chapman anyway. Chop doesn't even respect or care for his own employees.

I believe 100% of what you have said, many current and past employees have provided detailed info about various business practices along with an uncountable amount of customers with the larger percentage being female that have been taken advantage of and have experienced dirty dealings when it comes to purchasing new and used cars from this dealership. That has seriously negatively effected their lives some in ways they will never recover from, even a Metro Officer, the level of greed is mind blowing, running the # 1 Dealership clearly was not enough that resorting to deceptive and or "possibly" even practices that according to the Law may not be so above the line I will just leave it at that is inexcusable, I am thankful I never dealt with that end of it, just done dirty at the end for no clear apparent reasoning. that is what motivated me to make the video, now that dealership is at the bottom with reputation and sales and Chapman has retained the # 1 & 2 Position consistently since this fiasco - and rightfully deserved, I have purchased two Challengers from them a RedEye and a Drag Pak and the guys are great, I appears what goes around comes around as it is called Karma. Also, FCA is a whole big barrel of monkeys also, it is what it is though, appreciate the message.

Because those scratches on the rims are from a one dollar plastic protector on the tire machine that wears out and needs replacing about every 100 or so tires. I worked for some.... (All the managers I ever worked for.) Never wanted to replace or repair things like that. When I ran my shop it was checked before every tire. I have learned that FCA is quite greedy becuase they were not doing anything until i hired an attorney. I bought a Chevrolet SIlverado and haven't had any issue. I have learned my mistake.
