Great work guys. Lots of fun to come. Just to blow your minds, Pōkeno does a winter malt that has manuka AND chocolate malt.....and maybe other NZ distillers are also playing with manuka. Definitely not just a Thomson thing anyway.

We really need to investigate Pokeno properly next year. Their range has gotten so broad that it's become a slightly daunting prospect.
