    Amazing Dr. Pawa! Thanks for simplifying and elucidating these pieces of the puzzle for us 🙏🏽 Really helpful for outpatient THA surgery in combo with PENG block avoiding any motor weakness risk possibly associated with a fascia iliaca block.

      I have done in combination with PENG for Hip arthroplasty, and have used it in isolation for people having a skin graft harvested from the anterolateral thigh

    OK little correction here - on 2:43 the shiny white matter on the real US is the N. femoralis, while the animation on the left of the screen shows that the femoral nerve is NOT under the transducer, i.e is not right by the a.femoralis and that's a misleading info. Tnx
