Depends. If you liked Chivalry 1, you will probably like Chivalry 2. But in all honesty I expected more from it. Not just the crazy slashing with over tge top jokes but some tactics too. At it's core it's pretty repetitive and once you had your share of fun, it gets boring.
This askandir mission is all but arranged to be failed as a defense, it's all set up for an attacker victory I guess.. Although.. History is the ultimate truth and he speaks otherwise... The Muslims,turks/ Saracens were victorious all times..and if we see it as the Constantinople conquest.. whole world knows what actually happened... I guess..I described my position clearly...
Muslims did have their share of victories. But they were not victorious all the time. Moors were driven away from Spain. Sicily was also cleared from muslims. Turks lost their glory with time. Empires come and go. History shows it.

Almost seems equal to a Constantinople encounter,where attackers gain victory..yes.. you worked extremely hard as side picked up tenosian,and you got your reward ...a defender victory..but.. It's quite true that this mission is all set up.. primarily for attacker victory...

I don't think the devs meant it to be that way. This game is not historically accurate at all. Inspired maybe but that's about it.
still has the incredibly bad tenosian voice acting - no mod that turns it all off ?
I don't find it bad personally. It's on par with the other voices. Silly and over the top. Not sure about the mods, I never use them.
