I work in the recovery field, helping people seek relief from substance abuse & mental health. I spend all day, encouraging others, giving others advice, redirecting them into new healthy skills- but sometimes I need to meditate-- to give myself relief from my own struggles & recenter,
into my own internal guidance. Sources guidance. I must take care of myself, before I give to others. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. You deserve the love you pour into others. Love yourself fiercely, too ❤️✨ thank you.

This is a good thing to have, but don't stop looking for more. You need more on the plus side of the list to get through the stuff on the negative side of the list. There's much more to it than this, like taking everything less seriously, as an event to go thru and not a situation to suffer through and stuff like that, but this is a start. Good luck to you.
