At the very least there seems to be good communication between them. Maybe not healthy, but they seem to communicate effectively.
I think they do, she was just being playful. Just because she throws stuff at him doesn’t immediately mean that she dislikes him. But if she threw a book or something heavier at him, then yeah that would be a red flag.
