Off the top of your head, Tom, do you have any idea which of these venues would be the best to go to?

@@RockCandy-ix3nnwithout a doubt the special show with The Warning. Looks like a great venue too.

@@RockCandy-ix3nn So you're going to Japan? Great! All the venues are smallish -- under 2,000 cap. For me I'd go to the Band-Maid / Warning June 12. But as I've said in some comments, a two-man show, as they call it, means (I think) both bands will be doing short sets. That would be a huge disappointment for me I would wait until I could see them each separately. Also, Band-Maid is joining The Warning on their tour, so I think the Maids will be opening for The Warning meaning another possibility for a short set.
I'd contact Peter from MNN (Maid News Network YT Channel). He would know as he lives in Japan and goes to a lot of B-M concerts. It's hard to get tickets because you have to do a lottery and be a member at their website for best chance. He just attended Band-Maids Acoustic concert yesterday. In any case, I (we) would love to hear about your experience! btw - Peter might be able to get you a ticket!

Kudos to Akane for keeping it together....I believe the first ever concert she ever went to was here at Yokohama Arena...and the experience stayed with her. She dreamed maybe one day I could be up there playing infront of a crowd....And all these years later...she achived just that...To play on that stage for fans who adore her and the band she is in...How she felt must have been incredible...and very emotional...But she held it together... Akane!! ♥

A tear inducing performance from Saiki. Get to know the Maids and your heart and soul won't be able to hold it back. BAND-MAID can kill you with the best melodic hard rock going today or kill you with kindness. Either way they are killer. They will induce your emotions no matter what genre they're playing. Peace. 1.72

It’s a testament to their greatness by how much the crowds love them.
P.S. Misa’s bass playing has crossed into legend territory.

From Japan. Thank you for your reaction to BANND-MAID. I am an old man and I can't tell you how many times they have made me cry. Of course BANND-MAID is a great band, but the Maidiacs are really great people too. Thank you all, including you. Please keep supporting BANND-MAID.

Transitions, transitions- they make the whole thing look so easy, but we know the work ethic of this band and how they push each other on to new heights of technical and personal ability. Song number 33 of 33 in three hours plus in front of c 17,000 fans at Yokohama arena, Tokyo.

This was one of 2 “beyond phenomenal” concerts I’ve seen in my lifetime. If I’d been there in person it would undoubtedly be the best, but I had to watch the livestream. It’s tied, therefore, with the Yes “masterworks” show I attended with Kansas as the opener. Yes’ setlist was nothing but their really long epic tracks which was a dream come true for me. Band Maid is in very distinguished company. I will also say that Yes is now in very distinguished company as well… that’s how good I think the Maids are.

I felt a little sad when they started this song, because I knew it would be the last song at this fantastic Okyu-ji.

I melt into a puddle every time I hear this song. It’s amazing how the music alone can evoke such an emotional response. Their songs SMILE, ABOUT US, and MEMORABLE each have a similar effect.
Yes, KANAMI wrote ENDLESS STORY specifically so BAND-MAID would have an anthemic song-along number just for occasions like this concert at the Yokohama Arena. And, WTF is MISA doing with her bass?

This song holds the special spot in every fan's heart, maybe because it's associated with LCS the burst of joy before budohkan was cancelled, being welcomed back in the US tour with such an unexpected love and passion after covid - we still remember Akane's tears while performing this song...and the end of finale at Yokohama Arena. So much emotion and so many memories are attached to this song now...who would've thought it'd become such a special song. 😢

Nice, but the interaction between the band and the crowd is far better in Rammstein, "Du Hast", live in Paris -- czcams.com/video/U5HAEzEk8QM/video.html
Pls consider that the French (!) fans sing the German (!) lyrics on their own. Without doubt a must see!
