    材料Ingredients:
    雞蛋 3隻 Egg 3pcs
    鹽 1/2茶匙 Salt 1/2tsp
    肉碎 100克 Minced pork 100g
    蒜頭(切碎) 1湯匙 Chopped garlic 1tbsp
    豉油 1/2湯匙 Soy Sauce 1/2tbsp
    豆瓣醬 1湯匙 Chilli bean sauce 1tbsp
    米酒 1湯匙 Rice wine 1tbsp
    糖 1/2湯匙 Sugar 1/2tbsp
    白胡椒 適量 Pepper moderate
    水 50毫升 Water 50cc
