In 2020 I suffered a Cardiac Arrest and was subsequently diagnosed with (Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy) ARVC www.damobird36.... This weekend 19/09/2021 I am taking part in the Caledonia Etape 40 Mile closed road cycling event as the first official e-biker and hope to raise awareness of rare heart disease as well as money for the Cardiomyopathy UK www.damobird36... and British Heart Foundation damobird365.com..., hoping that one day we can find the route cause and prevent unnecessary sudden cardiac arrests. I had a cardiac arrest too when I was 42. I was diagnosed with ARVC and given an ICD. So lucky to be alive. Glad you made it too!!
